THIS ADDENDUM FORMS A PART OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER ANY CONFLICTING CONDITIONS IN THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS. THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE HEREBY AMENDED IN THE FOLLOWING PARTICULARS GENERAL Item 1: The Project duration has been changed from sixty (60) days to ninety (90) days. Item 2: The drawing titles for the two proposed small pavilions were modified to indicate that they are Alternates # s 1 and 2. Item 3: A note was added to the unisex toilet plan to provide heaters to protect exposed pipes. Item 4: CTX Incorporated and Modular Connections, LLC have been approved a manufacturers for the prefab unisex toilet. Item 5: The drawings for the existing pavilion were revised to indicate that the roof decking, trusses and beams would be used as part of the renovation. The high pitched area of the roof is to be removed. The metal roof and any damaged wood (decking, trusses or beams) will be replaced. Item 6: The parking adjacent to the pool house was deleted from the job. The civil and electrical drawings were sealed signed and dated. Item 7: The note on the civil drawings calling for the existing swings to be replaced was deleted.
