TOURNAMENT OF RULES SYSTEM OF PLAY: The tournament will be conducted as per latest FIDE Rules chess & FIDE Swiss System with 9 round. Time Control: 90 Minutes with 30 Second increment from move 1. C.TIE BREAK: In case of a tie, the latest FIDE Rules shall come to effect. The cash prize however will not be shared and one player will be eligible for one higher prize only. D. PROTESTS: Protests if any against the chief Arbiter, should be made in writing with protest fee of Rs.500/- within 15 minuts of occurrence on incidence. The fee amount shall be refunded if the appeal is upheld and if not then protest fee shall be fore-fitted. E. ACCOMMODATION: Air Cooled Lodging will be provided for out station players at MLA Hostel Civil Lines,on triple sharing basis for Rs. 2000/- from 26th April to 1st May. F. NOTE: Right of admission to the tournament is reserved with the organizer. The organizer may refuse the entry to any player without assigning any reason.
