Entry Fee For GMs, IMs, WGMs, WIMs Free Rated Rs. 5,000/- Rated Rs. 7,000/- Rated Rs. 10,000/ Maximum entry for Odisha players Rs. 8,000/- (Note: - Those Players who are registered with All Odisha Chess Association on or before 15th May 2013 will be considered for as Odisha Players) No request towards waiver of entry fee wilt be entertained. The last date of entry: 1Oth May 2013 Entries with late fee of Rs. 500 from 1Oth May 2013 to 15th May 2013 Thereafter tilt 19th May 2013 the participants will have to pay Rs.1000/-. Entries will also be accepted at the venue tilt 20:00 Hrs. on 19th May 2013 with a late fee of Rs. 1,000/-. No request towards waiver of entry fee or waiver of late fee will be entertained. However entry with late fees will be accepted on 20th May 2013 subject to be paired in 2nd Round.

5 System of Play : Tournament Rules : The tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss System. Time Control : 60 Minutes plus 30 second increment from move 1. Tie Break : In case of a tie, the latest FIDE Rules shall come in to effect. The Cash prizes however will not be shared. FREE Food & Accommodation for all Outstation Players All participants will be provided free food & triple sharing accommodation except local players at the venue. Air Conditioning accommodation will be provided on first come first serve basis. T he accompanying persons will be provided food & accommodation at the rate of Rs.600/ per day at the venue. However, Air Conditioning accommodation will be provided on first come first serve basis. Persons interested for hotel accommodation will have to pay Rs 1500/- per day for double room in Hotel Empires, Sah idnagar, Bhubaneswar, ( including food at the venue ). Organisers will take care of conveyance to & from venue. GENERAL INFORMATION TRANSPORTATION : Players are requested to report directly at the Venue. The RiaiWay Station and Airport is approximately 15 Kms from the venue. CITY Bus Nos. 306 & 225 are available from Railway Station and Airport respectively. However, the organizer will make arrangements to drop the players after completion of the event. Player's Profile Form All the players except Odisha players have to fill up the players profile form at the venue failing on which organizers will not be responsible for his/her name being not paired. Odisha players have to only mention their AOCA id at the time of submitting the entry fees. Registration: AICF registration fee for is compulsory for all Indian participants. The registration fee of Rs. 250/- will be accepted at the venue for the convenience of the players. Weather: The Weather in Bhubaneswar during May is expected to be hot. The minimum I maximum temperature will be around 30/35 Degree Celsius. Anatoly Karpov, one of the greatest players of all time and former World Champion, had famously said - "Chess is everything - art. science and sport." KilT holds all the three very close to its heart. The University actively encourages and promotes sports and games, including Chess and achievements of its students in the field are impressive. For this reason, in past we have had the privilege to host and organize many international and national level sports meet. I am sure that aesthetic campus of KilT University would provide an ideal setting for this beautiful game.
