27 Moving Forward Consulting engineers are preparing necessary documentation to be submitted to FDEP for inclusion for SRF monies for a major collection system rehabilitation. A planning and design element including bid specifications for pipe repair methodologies that will need to be used will be part of that documentation. Awarding of the bid and actual construction commencing in late 2014 and continuing until Anticipated cost estimate is $4,000,000. Loan interest rates are about 2%.
