After receiving packed window, especially on construction sites, package should be opened as soon as possible and glass should be moved and stored in a city and ventilated place. Glass should be placed at an angle of 5-7. One edge of glass should contact horizontal surface. The lower part of glass should be padded with object with low rigidity like lumber. When more than two pieces of glass are stocked, Soft material between glass pieces in the original package must be used to separate each piece of glass. Direct surface contact of glass is strictly forbidden. 4. Therefore, it would be best that the area of each piece of glass is not exceed 2m2 or semitempered glass is used. 7.When laminated glass is used outdoors, rain may cause PVB to absorb water if its edge section is exposed to atmosphere and result in glue breaking away. During installation, neutral silicon sealant or polysulfide sealant should be used to seal the edge section of laminated glass. No acid sealant or sealant with organic solution can be used. 8. After glass Installation, attention must be paid to prevent glass, especially the film surface of coated glass from corrosion by solder dregs. Concrete or silt water. Liquid with high alkalinity or acidity such as hydrochloric acid must not be used to clean the floor. Otherwise, the evaporated alkali or acid can cause perpetual damage to coated glass. 9. During the Installation and processing of coated glass, coating surface must not contact any hard object or upholder such ad table board.
