The attached list comprises non-liberalized products as per 31 December 196l. Commodities marked "" will be deleted from the list of regulated products on 1 January 1962, those marked "" on 1 July 1962, and those marked "-SHHtn on 1 January 1963» For the remaining commodities no decision has been made. 2. Thi list follows the Brussels Nomenclature with Norwegian sub-specifications (the l^^t three ciphers) where necessary. 3. Where only the tariff item in the Brussels Nomenclature is quoted, all commodities coming under that tariff item are treated in the same way. The exceptions (mentioned within parentheses and underlined) are products which have already been previously liberalized. 4«Agricultural products subject to import regulations administered by the Ministry of.agriculture are not included in the list. The liberalization measures do not concern these products.
