2 Dear Artist, Thank you for registering for the 28th Annual Knights Christmas Market, formerly the STMC Christmas Craft Fair. We are looking forward to another successful Fair this year! In preparation for the Fair, we offer you the following instructions in order for things to run smoothly for you. Please be actively promoting your participation with social media and if you don t have a social media presence then put up posters. Floor plan: Please bring your copy of the floor plan/table numbers, as it will enable you to find your table more efficiently. Please note, some numbers for the tables have changed from previous years, do not be alarmed if your number is not the same as requested. Check floor plan for your table number. Changes to the floorplan may occur and we will keep you updated. General Information for The Knights Christmas Market 2017 Fair hours: Saturday, November 18th & Sunday November 19th, 2017 from 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 pm Set - up: Friday Nov. 17th from 6:30-8pm, Saturday Nov. 18th from 8am. & on Sunday Nov. 19th from 9am. If you cannot make this time please contact us by November 4th. Parking, see Parking section of package. There will be a coffee and tea cart with baked goods coming round for Vendors to purchase Please bring your own coffee mugs to help save costs and to keep our environment green. If you have not done so already, we ask that each Crafter provide a donation to our Basket Raffle, this is usually a sample of your handcrafted items on arrival. We thank you in advance for your generous donation to our basket raffle draw. Your contributions are greatly appreciated and help raise funds for our school. Your display unit must fit within the space of your table. Please do not encroach on other Vendors spaces. Booths are fitted with a 8 x 2 ½ ft banquet table or two 4 x 2 ft tables (let us know if you do not require a table) please be sure to bring an adequate float to start. We have not been able to provide an on site ATM please plan accordingly. (there is an ATM at the 711 on 12th St./10th Ave).

3 The Washroom s are located in the Gymnasium Hallway. Please double check that you have not taken our power cords or table clips when you leave on Sunday. Bringing your own extension cords would be most helpful. Electicity will be provided to all tables No open flames at your tables. Registration dates and forms for the 2018 craft fair will available in our office in the hallway to the craft fair classrooms so you can re-register ahead of time. Be sure to check or website theknightschristmasmarket.weebly.com for more registration details. Please be reminded that all items sold must be handcrafted. No mass-produced or imported items. You will be asked to remove any such items deemed unsuitable. Non-compliance will result in you being asked to leave the craft fair, no refunds granted. Donation of a packaged door prize with your business card is required from each Crafter - as an attraction for customers and a means of advertising for you! This will be collected from each Crafter at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. ALL CRAFTERS MUST REFRAIN FROM TEARING DOWN THEIR BOOTH BEFORE 4 PM Unloading and Re-loading Please report to Parking Supervisor for unloading instructions. Volunteers are available to help unload, Crafters must bring their own dollies. Access to the Foyer, Classrooms is through the front entrance on 12th Ave., Burnaby. The Parking lot entrance provides access to the Gym. The area will be congested so unload quickly and then please move your vehicle to parking that is not in the red zone (parking map). both Entrances provide access for handicapped (let us know if you have special parking pass so you can park close to the school in the parking lot during the craft fair).

4 Parking You may park in the school parking lot Friday to unload, after unloading please find an alternate parking spot outside of the red area of map. Student volunteers will be available to help if necessary. Please be advised that there is NO PARKING for Vendors during Craft Fair hours (10am - 4pm) on Saturday November 19 & Sunday November 20 in the St. Thomas More Collegiate parking lot on 12th Ave. or in the Our Lady of Mercy Parish Parking Lot on 10th Ave. This is so that customers have plenty of parking. Arrangements should be made to be dropped off or park on the side streets. Do not park in the red-zone of the map Our Lady of Mercy Parish has declined our use of the parking lot on Sunday morning due to Sunday church services until 1pm. Vendors and volunteer cars will be towed!! Parking is available after 1pm for visitors. Thank you for your co-operation and commitment. We have once more a wonderful array of artisans and wares coming to our fair this year over 100 Vendors.
