5 This exhibition is a long overdue opportunity for our outstanding team of artists to offer an insight into their recent creative adventures. Unusually this year, we are including sculptures which involve a variety of media and techniques: carved stone, fabricated silver, cast glass and of course, bronze. There is no theme to link these pieces other than that they represent the very best of the thousands of works we see at Pangolin Editions each year. We are constantly amazed at the huge diversity and rich vocabulary of sculptural creativity which we are fortunate enough to witness on a daily basis. All our exhibitions are the fruit of collaboration between artists, the gallery and our team of craftsmen. 45 Foundry Projects From the huge tonnage of bronze poured into the moulds at Pangolin Editions each year, a few landmark pieces stand out. The following pages give a taste of some of the casting challenges presented by monumental and adventurous sculpture. It is projects of vision and daring like these which pioneer new techniques and which take both craftsman and craft to new and uncharted heights. 43
