3 Setting the Stage Purpose of an Ad Hoc Committee: Eastern Lebanon County School District Definition of the Committee a Committee formed for a specific task or objective, and dissolved after the completion of the task or achievement of the objective. Function of the Committee The Ad Hoc Committee will discuss topics and matters relating to the High School Renovation Project. This may include, but is not limited to the scope of the project, as well as process and timelines. This committee will make recommendations to the full board for its consideration and voting approval and will not take action separate from the full board.
