3 PROFESSIONAL HISTORY AND ACHIEVEMENTS Independent Petrophysicist From 6/2014 Working as an independent petrophysics advisor on call basis(part time) for a service provider engaged by national E&P companies in India. Snr. Petrophysicist 1/2010-5/2014 Tatweer Petroleum, Planning and Subsurface department Bahrain. Petrophysics lead for major Reservoir Management Team responsible for the management and production of about 75% of onshore Bahrain field oil reserves through infill drilling, sick well revival, well surveillance, EOR/IOR projects etc. Petrophysical advisor for Bahrain RMT( Reservoir Monitoring Team). Review of petro-physical models for Bahrain zones carried out. Permeability modeling for limestone reservoir to support water flood projects. Multi DisciplinaryTeam action for revival of 30 sick wells resulted in 1300 bopd of additional oil in Petrophysical inputs to development well planning, placement of high angle/horizontal wells, locating bypassed oil, identify changing fluid contacts, deciding perforation intervals and perforation techniques, decide on ABC logs, PLT surveys etc. New well log data interpretation and well completions in 24 hours of log data acquisition.
