The project has been to design accurate and computationally efficient algorithms for the solution of a linear system of equation in Peta-scale computer and analysis of the underlying mathematical model. The research has required direct collaboration with faculty, postdoc and graduate students from Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Computer Engineering at the University of Delaware, and scientists from the National Center for Atmospheric Research, USA. US Army Small Business Innovative Research Phase I. A My involvement in this project was as a graduate student. The project has been to model and analysis of ant-based and slime-mold-based algorithms use in wired network of computer. The research required direct collaboration with faculty and graduate students from Computer Science at the University of Delaware. Research Interest Distinctions and Honors I am interested in scientific computing, high performance computing, numerical analysis, numerical linear algebra, preconditioning, analysis and computation of vortex method, fluid dynamics, particles methods such as radial basis functions, dynamical systems and grain growth in polycrystals. I measure student s learning by their capability of recognizing the theory in practical situations and how they connect previous knowledge to new topics.
