Yes I have a long and profound experience in Peer Review, Evaluation / Validation, Impact Assessment, Monitoring about Industrial Research on behalf of the Italian Research Ministry and the Italian Industry Ministry. Since 1994 I have been assessing and managing industrial research projects (more than 500 projects proposed by Large Companies and Small Medium Enterprise), as officer of SANPAOLO IMI S.p.A. (one of the largest Italian bank), to finance at a low mortgage interest rate in (law 46/82 for encouraging industrial research and industrial innovation). My task consists in the technical and scientific appraisal of projects in the fields of materials (paper, wood, plastics, glass, etc.), of processes used to transform raw materials (including, for example, thin layers metal deposition on glass) and all the related fields, such as glass furnaces and burners, wood machinery, packaging machinery, environment friendly processes, low energy consumption processes, etc.. Furthermore I am responsible for the assessment of activities, costs, technology and market applications of new products and new or more efficient processes (IRR, business plan, etc.). Some of the most relevant projects are: MIUR 215 "polyurethane plastification using microwaves"; MIUR "high transparency plastic materials"; MAP E "Mass forming process for tiles"; MIUR S-018P "plastic fiber reinforced concrete elements"; MIUR 4799 "high durability glass ceramic materials for paving application"; MIUR "Polyurethane production process for arm-chairs and pinches"; MAP E "High performance Concrete Additives". I am particular focused on the evaluation of research projects and theirs adequateness to the current procedures. As a speaker I've held several conferences ( people joined) for Italian Industrial Associations sites such as Assocarta (the Italian Industrial Paper Association) in Milan on March 2002 and in Salerno on February 2003, Assopiastrelle (the Italian Tiles Producers Association) in Sassuolo on January 2002, as well as for local Industry Association throughout. In these conferences I explained procedures and how to apply for the Italian Industrial Research Incentives according to Law 46/82. I also assess Patent Infringement as Consultant of the Judge in Civil Court Litigation issues, about Mechanical Patented devices and innovations.
