SAVE COMFORT Fire retardant seamless quality for maximum safety SAVE COMFORT s quality fine yarn spinning permits processing by seamless knitting machines. Seamless knits without distracting seams can be worn close to the body and have long been a feature of functional sportsand workwear. Close-fitting, seamless underwear feels particularly comfortable when worn underneath heavy protective clothing, e.g. pilot s overalls or police and fire brigade clothing. The aramid fibres give this light seamless clothing the strength it needs. The FR viscose material ensures comfortable wearing properties by providing optimum regulation of body temperature, as well as a cooling effect even under high ambient temperatures. Nm 85/ % FR viscose / 48.5 % meta-aramid / 3 % antistatic Meta-aramid spun-dyed, cross-dyed or garment dyeing of FR viscose CHARACTERISTICS OF META-ARAMID AVERAGE CORE BODY TEMPERATURE DIFFERENCE Lenzing AG, Studie in Zusammenarbeit mit Medizinuniversität Graz, Österreich, 2009 DURABILITY ANTISTATIC SEAMLESS
STRONG Fire retardant material with excellent durability combined with the best wearing properties of wool Along with its great FR properties, our high-quality STRONG provides high stiffness and strength thanks to its meta-aramid content. The mixture s wool component provides a warming effect and high moisture content thanks to increased humidity absorption. The wool-aramid combination offers the wearer comfort, even under extreme conditions. Nm 50/1 50 % meta-aramid / 50 % wool superwash Meta-aramid spun-dyed, cross-dyed, top-dyed or wool garment dyeing CHARACTERISTICS OF META-ARAMID STRUCTURE OF THE WOOL FIBRE WITH CHARACTERISTICS DURABILITY
PURE PYRO Fire retardent material with great comfort, antibacterial effect and thermal insulation PyroTex fibre provides the highest level of thermal insulation with the least heat transition coefficient compared to other FR fibres. It provides external protection from extreme heat. Even lighter textiles with a minor PURE PYRO component demonstrate good protection. In addition, the fibres also offer a permanent antibacterial effect and provide optimum comfort thanks to their increased humidity absorption. to UV radiation, acids and bases, as well as solvents, hydrolysing agents and oxidants make them a highly interesting material for protective and safety clothing. Nm 48/1 100 % PyroTex Available spun-dyed, top-dyed or garment-dyed PyroTex does not melt or drip, it does not develop visible smoke or produce toxic vapours. The fibres high resistance PyroTex PyroTex ANTIBACTERIAL THERMAL INSULATION
PYRO WOOL AND PYRO WOOL ANTISTAT PyroTex combined with warming wool and a permanent antistatic filament The combination of PYRO WOOL and PYRO WOOL ANTISTAT materials offers extremely high functionality. The spun-dyed antistatic PA filament enables lasting electric dissipation, which persists even after repeated washing. PyroTex is a permanent antibacterial fibre with very high thermal insulation properties and humidity absorption. Textiles with PyroTex offer reliable heat-protection from high external temperatures, because they neither melt nor drip. In addition, PyroTex fibres do not produce any visible smoke or toxic vapours. The comfort of the wearer is also increased through an additional wool component. Nm 100/2 70 % PyroTex / 30 % wool Siro Compact Nm 90/2 63 % PyroTex / 26 % wool / 11 % antistatic Siro Compact Core yarn Cross-dyed or garment-dyed in single or dual colours PyroTex PyroTex ANTIBACTERIAL ANTISTATIC THERMAL INSULATION
CLASSIX Fire retardant material in costeffective modacrylic mixture The combination of modacrylic and wool fibres offers high-performance FR underwear, with maximum comfort and at an attractive price. The CLASSIX material is particularly suitable for a wide range of applications in industry, e.g. for protective clothing in the petrochemical sector. The wool component in the material provides thermo-regulation and a pleasant feel even when wet. Nm 40/1 55 % modacrylic / 45 % wool superwash Cross-dyed, top-dyed or garment-dyed in single or dual colours CHARACTERISTICS OF MODACRYLIC FIBRE OTHER CHARACTERISTICS Flame-retardant Natural feel Non-allergenic Weather resistant Dimensional stability STRUCTURE OF THE WOOL FIBRE WITH CHARACTERISTICS ATTRACTIVE PRICE
WOOL ONLY The finest wool material with a soft, skin-friendly feel and all the natural benefits of wool A very fine 17.5 µm merino wool provides the WOOL ONLY material with a particularly soft touch. Wool offers the perfect basis for textiles, which are worn during physical activity. They demonstrate high humidity absorption and provide warmth when either wet or dry. Nm 70/1 100 % wool superwash Cross-dyed and top-dyed CHARACTERISTICS OF WOOL STRUCTURE OF THE WOOL FIBRE WITH CHARACTERISTICS SOFTNESS HIGH- PERFORMANCE
PROTEC WOOL The properties of wool provide protection through their filaments, combined with new spinning technology Thanks to the use of Triwitex spinning technology, PROTEC WOOL demonstrates high strength and very good pilling values. This allows lighter textiles with longer lifetimes to be produced. The wool provides the wearer with comfort thanks to its increased humidity absorption and thermo-regulation properties when either wet or dry. TRIWITEX SPINNING TECHNOLOGY The additional use of PAN fibre in the mixture provides an alternative for both workwear and corporate wear. In addition, this material is also suitable for sport and leisure clothing. The textiles possess long lifetimes even with frequent use and regular washing. Nm 28/1 75 % wool / 25 % polyamide Nm 32/2 49 % wool / 27 % polyamide / 24 % polyacrylic Nm 50/1 83 % wool / 17 % polyamide Triwitex spinning technology Mixture of wool / polyamide in cross-dyed or garment-dyed Mixture of wool / polyamide / polyacrylic in cross-dyed in single or dual color FIBER FILAMENT DURABILITY HIGH- PERFORMANCE
PERFORMANCE WOOL Fine wool combined with thermoregulating Litrax fibres and integrated cellulose Litrax functional fibres provide targeted warming and thermal insulation. This allows the wearer s comfort temperature to be maintained continuously over prolonged periods. The wool component in the material also provides additional comfort through its thermo-regulation properties and is able to absorb humidity. In particular, PERFORMANCE WOOL textiles are the ideal choice for temperature fluctuations or alternating periods of physical activity and rest. The Litrax fibre s high functionality permits the use of very fine knits. When combined with reinforcing polyamide, extremely fine spinning produces seamless knits without distracting seams that offer the highest comfort for sportsand workwear. UV-protection and odour-resistant are the pleasant side effects of Litrax components in mixtures. Nm 80/1 50 % polyester Litrax / 30 % wool / 20 % polyamide superwash Nm 50/1 50 % wool / 50 % polyester Litrax superwash Triwitex spinning technology The integration of activated charcoal and minerals (approx. 18 %) are responsible for the inherent anthracite colour of Litrax fibres. Dyeing of wool component in top-dye or cross-dye. CONVENTIONAL TEXTILES LITRAX FIBRES LITRAX AG LIMITED HIGH- PERFORMANCE
SANI WOOL Wool and hemp the perfect combination of two sustainable and biodegradable fibres The SANI WOOL material is based on sustainable hemp fibre. It possesses a natural antibacterial effect, absorbs humidity and provides mixtures with higher strength compared to cotton. Textiles containing hemp also retain their freshness, even after prolonged physical activity. SANI WOOL is perfect for sportswear, workwear or corporate wear. Nm 50/2 65 % wool / 35 % hemp superwash Cross-dyed single or dual colours SHARED CHARACTERISTICS OF WOOL AND HEMP STRUCTURE OF THE HEMP FIBRE WOODEN CORE FIBRE BUNDLE HIGH- PERFORMANCE ANTIBACTERIAL
