Units supplied: Stitchmaster ST double vertical feeder (compressed and blast air) Stitchmaster ST cover folder feeder (compressed and blast air) Vacuum pump FJ /01 A vacuum pump is needed if more than two double vertical feeders are used. It is installed close to the final double vertical feeder and the chain return /manual feeder station. Units supplied: Stitchmaster ST if more than two double vertical feeders are used (compressed air) Missing sheet detector Missing sheet detector for each double vertical feeder Missing sheet detector for each cover folder feeder ZD BG-01 ZD BG-01 Checks whether the sheet was deposited on the saddle chain. The machine stops if the pre-set number of permitted missing sheets is exceeded. Signature position inspector Signature position inspector for each double vertical feeder ZD VE-00 The signature position inspector checks whether sheets are lying correctly on the chain. Signature length inspector Signature length inspector for the stitching station FJ /02 Measures the length of the brochure passing through the station.
