1 Central Arkansas RMA Chapter CEO Summit Luncheon & Panel Discussion Clinton Presidential Center Grand Hall Little Rock, Arkansas May 14, :00am - 1:00pm

2 Note From the President David Marks When I became Chapter President in 2011 I made a pledge to lead this chapter to new heights and increase our visibility, relevance and vitality. I knew it would take a team of dedicated professionals operating together in order to achieve these goals. We had to make some changes, face some difficult decisions; and, in the case of our charity golf tournament, we had to take a year s hiatus before re-launching. I am forever grateful to those who supported our efforts through all of the years. We are here today because of people like you. This chapter takes a lot of hard work, long hours and true team-before-self attitudes in an ultracompetitive industry. I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for every Institutional Member, Associate and Professional Member, our Regional Managers from RMA HQ, but especially for a board of directors both past and present who join together in a vision to always move forward and do the right thing for the chapter. Finally, I want to say thank you to Past President Karen Davidson for giving me the opportunity and responsibility of being your leader. Today, due to the dedication of our supporters, panelists who are very generous with their time, and an amazing moderator, we have sold over 200 tickets and packed the Grand Hall at the Clinton Library for the largest event in our 29 year history. Thank you for attending CEO Summit. We can t wait to announce our 2016 Signature Event and hope you will come along for the ride! 3 Jill Castilla Citizens Bank of Edmond President & Chief Executive Officer Jill Castilla began her banking career with Citizens Bank of Edmond in Her progression then took her to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City where she managed multiple departments from check automation to HR for nine years. She then joined the senior management team at a Minnesota community bank. Prior to Castilla's employment at Citizens, she served in the U.S. Army and Oklahoma Army National Guard. In 2009, she rejoined Citizens and served in the positions of Chief Credit Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer until 2014 when she was appointed to her current position. She is the 4th generation of ownership and management at Citizens. Castilla has implemented several initiatives to communicate the mission of Citizens Bank and build on its relationship with the community. Under her leadership, Citizens Bank of Edmond introduced the Cash Mobs leading up to Small Business Saturday in November 2013 and have been doing them regularly since then. Citizens provides its staff money to shop at a particular small business on a given day and uses social media to promote that business. This helps support small businesses directly, where it matters, and lets them know that Citizens Bank of Edmond is not just a lender -- we are customers, too. In 2013 and 2014, under Castilla's direction, Citizens Bank of Edmond began shooting YouTube videos in which staffers took popular songs such as Psy's "Gangnam Style" and Lorde's "Royals" and wrote new lyrics that reflected our attitudes and philosophies about community banking. These videos went viral and helped establish our reputation as an accessible, innovative bank that is customer focused. And in September 2014, Castilla launched Heard On Hurd, a monthly street festival in downtown Edmond featuring local food, music and shopping. The first two festivals attracted 4,000 and 5,500 respectively, and underlined Citizens Bank of Edmond s com- mitment to its hometown. Castilla is the public voice and face of Citizens Bank of Edmond and takes an active role in the bank s social media messaging. Her proactive and progressive stance as a community banker makes Castilla an important voice in banking on a local, regional and national scale, prompting American Banker Magazine to name her one of 25 Women to Watch in October In the past year, Castilla was named by Independent Community Bankers Association as a top social media influencer and received the Woman of the Year award by the Edmond Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Graduate School of Banking and has a Master's in Economics from the University of Oklahoma. Castilla is a recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award from Hawaii Pacific University where she earned a BSBA in Finance. Castilla serves on the boards of directors for Oklahoma Bankers Association and Community Bankers Association of Oklahoma as well as trustee for UCO Foundation and Edmond Public Schools Foundation.

19 Next Luncheon: September 17, 2015 Governor Frank Keating American Bankers Association President & CEO Frank Keating is president and CEO of the American Bankers Association. The ABA is a 135 year old association that represents banks of all sizes and charters and is the voice for the nation's $13 trillion banking industry and its two million employees. Keating became ABA's president and CEO on January 1, 2011, following seven years of service as the president and CEO of the American Council of Life Insurers, and after serving two terms as Oklahoma's 25th governor. Born in St. Louis, Frank grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and a law degree from the University of Oklahoma. His 30-year career in law enforcement and public service included service as an FBI agent; U.S. Attorney and state prosecutor; and Oklahoma House and Senate member. He served Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush in the Treasury, Justice, and Housing departments. His Justice and Treasury service gave him responsibility for all federal criminal prosecutions in the nation and oversight over agencies such as the Secret Service, U.S. Customs, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, U.S. Marshals, the Bureau of Prisons, and the Immigration and Naturalization Service and all 94 U.S. Attorneys. As assistant secretary of Treasury and general counsel and acting deputy secretary of HUD, Keating worked on banking issues that are demanding attention today including housing finance, lending practices, securitization and Bank Secrecy Act issues. In 1993 Keating returned to Oklahoma to run for Governor. He won a three-way race by a landslide and was easily re-elected in 1998, becoming only the second governor in Oklahoma history to serve two consecutive terms. As the governor of Oklahoma, Keating won national acclaim in 1995 for his compassionate and professional handling of the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal building in Oklahoma City. In the aftermath of the tragedy, he raised more than six million dollars to fund scholarships for the nearly 200 children left with only one or no parents. His accomplishments as Governor include winning a public vote on right-towork, tort reform, tax cuts, and major road building and education reform. Keating recently served on the Bipartisan Policy Center's Debt Reduction Task Force, a group of former cabinet members, elected officials and key stakeholders of both parties that recommended a series of tough measures to address the nation's fiscal challenges. He also served on the BPC s Housing Commission. He has been chairman of the Advisory Board of Mt. Vernon and president of the Federal City Council. Currently he serves on the boards of the National Archives, the Jamestown Foundation and the Bipartisan Policy Center. Keating also is the author of four awardwinning children's books, biographies of Will Rogers, Theodore Roosevelt, George Washington, and Standing Bear, the Ponca Indian chief who argued Native Americans deserve the same rights as white Americans. He is the recipient of six honorary degrees. He and his wife Cathy live in McLean, Virginia. They have three children and ten grandchildren.
