2 WELCOME TO TEAM BEACHBODY Your "Get Started Right Workbook" is designed to accompany your "Get Started Right Interview" with your upline Coach and your journey through "The Basics" course in the Coach Training Academy, all of which are key to your success. Outlined for you here are crucial exercises designed to facilitate the identification of your "why" and your goals followed by direction to create an action plan to incorporate Beachbody's proven system for success to get your business started. Connect with your upline Coach to walk you through these five steps within your first 48 hours of being a new Coach. 1 Determine Your Why - CAPTURE THE ESSENCE OF YOUR WHY IN ONE SENTENCE - DEVELOP YOUR DREAM BOARD 2 Set Your Goals - FITNESS - NUTRITION - TIME COMMITMENT - FINANCIAL 3 Create Your Action Plan - IDENTIFY YOUR PROSPECTS - SET UP YOUR 1ST BEACHBODY CHALLENGE GROUP - WORK THE GAME PLAN SHARING CYCLE USING THE 5- STEP BEACHBODY CHALLENGE GROUP INVITATION PROCESS - IDENTIFY YOUR 5 BEACHBODY CHALLENGE GROUP MEMBERS - LEARN HOW TO EARN WITH BEACHBODY CHALLENGE GROUPS 4 Track Your Business - UTILIZE THE BUSINESS ACTIVITY TRACKER - SCHEDULE TIME TO WORK YOUR BUSINESS - SELECT YOUR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT BOOK/AUDIO CHOICES 5 Stay Connected - CHOOSE A SUCCESS PARTNER/TEAM - SCHEDULE TO ATTEND LOCAL AND CORPORATE EVENTS 2
3 1 Determine Your Why I want to step on the scale and be at my high school weight again. I want to make an extra $5,000 a month which will allow me to stay home with my young children. I want to help my Dad gain his active life back by helping him get healthy and fit. I want to run a half marathon with my daughter this year. Knowing what really motivates you will help your vision become reality. By developing a clearly defined "Why," both you and your Sponsor will be able to develop a powerful action plan that will allow you to reach your goals. No room for flabby goals here. So drill deep. Ask yourself for clear, specific answers. Answer the following questions: If you were to accomplish your physical health and fitness dreams: How would your health improve? How would you feel about yourself? What could you do that you can't do now? What would you look like? WHY ARE THESE THINGS IMPORTANT TO YOU? If you were to accomplish your financial dreams: How would you spend your days? What could you do now that you couldn't do before? How would your lifestyle change? Where would you live? WHY ARE THESE THINGS IMPORTANT TO YOU? If you had more time freedom: What hobbies and interests would you pursue? How would your relationships change? How would you contribute to humanity? What kind of legacy would you leave? WHY ARE THESE THINGS IMPORTANT TO YOU? Write a story and create a dream board (next page) about what your life would look and feel like when all your dreams are realized. Capture the essence of your Why in one sentence: my WHY How can Beachbody help you fulfill these dreams? 3
4 DEVELOP YOUR DREAM BOARD Have some fun exploring pictures online or in magazines and identify images of lifestyles, aspirations, and material goods that represent what you want as a part of your life. First print this page. Then cut and paste your images into the frames below as a reminder of why are you doing this business. 4

6 3 Create Your Action Plan IDENTIFY YOUR PROSPECTS Take 10 minutes to list everyone you know by using the CONTACT LIST. CLICK HERE to download the Contact List interactive PDF to keep a running list of all of your contacts. Take advantage of the MEMORY JOGGER to identify additional prospects. CLICK HERE to download the Memory Jogger PDF. Rank each individual on your Contact List as either A - Hot Market Leads, B - Warm Market Leads, or C - Cold Market Leads. Your "A" list would include those individuals who have recently said they are looking to get healthy and fit or are seeking an additional income. 7 SET UP YOUR 1ST BEACHBODY CHALLENGE GROUP Choose Your Fitness Program: Choose Your Workout Start Date: (Give yourself about 3 weeks prep time before your start date) Choose Your Challenge Pack Order Deadline: WORK THE GAME PLAN SHARING CYCLE USING THE 5- STEP BEACHBODY CHALLENGE GROUP INVITATION PROCESS Step 1 Initial Invite STEP 2 Engage with a Question STEP 3 Show the Introducing the Beachbody Challenge Video STEP 4 Specific Details, Commitments and Expectations STEP 5 Setting the Enrollment Appointment CLICK HERE to download the detailed 5- Step Beachbody Challenge Invitation Process. Then start with inviting your "A" list people from your Contact list to join your Beachbody Challenge Group. On average, Coaches are finding that if they invite approximately 30 people to join their Challenge Group that they are able to find 5 individuals who want to join their group. So invite as many people as you can. (Refer to Game Plan Lesson 2: The Sharing Cycle in the Coach Training Academy and Game Plan Lesson 7: The Beachbody Challenge in the Coach Training Academy for more training on setting up your Beachbody Challenge Groups) IDENTIFY YOUR FIVE BEACHBODY CHALLENGE GROUP MEMBERS
8 LEARN HOW TO EARN WITH BEACHBODY CHALLENGE GROUPS To help you achieve your financial goals, here is an example of the retail commissions that can be earned by starting your first P90X Beachbody Challenge Group with a $205 Challenge Pack. Retail Cost for Customer/Coach: $205 Commission earned per pack: $ 70 5 Challenge Packs X $70 = $350 total Retail Commissions Earned As you continue to start a new Beachbody Challenge Group each month, here is an example of how your earnings can grow and how you can continue to earn retail commissions, residual commissions when your customers Home Direct orders ship each month, and Team Volume commissions as you sponsor Coaches on your team who duplicate what you do! * * Beachbody does not guarantee any level of success or income from the Beachbody Coach Opportunity. Each Coach's income depends on his or her own efforts, diligence, and skill. As you begin to build your team, your first step will be to achieve Emerald Rank. Your upline Sponsor will help guide you as you sponsor a new Coach on your left and right leg in your organization to achieve this rank. 9 4 Track Your Business UTILIZE THE BUSINESS ACTIVITY TRACKER Take advantage of the BUSINESS ACTIVITY TRACKER to identify your business goals and log your daily results and activities. CLICK HERE to download the Business Activity Tracker interactive PDF which allows you to input your stats daily, and in turn automatically calculates your weekly totals and ratios for you. You can also save, print, and it. Share this information with your Success Partner each week and hold each other accountable to achieve your goals. SCHEDULE TIME EACH WEEK TO WORK YOUR BUSINESS Use a calendar and identify all your current commitments. Be sure to block out time each day to work your Beachbody business.
