3 THE BEST SECURITY KEEPING YOU SAFE TAKE A CLOSER LOOK We take security very seriously so we have developed our door which will pass the most rigorous tests including the new BSI PAS24 test. The Infinity door also exceeds the requirements for Document Q and new build. We fit multipoint locks as standard and incorporate hardware to offer TS007 standards, with the use of high security cylinders which are anti-pick, anti-bump and anti-snap. On certain styles, we also offer a high level, multipoint, slamshut lock with key entry plus a security escutcheon plate giving a traditional rim latch appearance, simply stunning. COMPOSITE CONSTRUCTION AND GRP SKINS Our doors are manufactured from the industry leading Composite door panel which is manufactured using grained GRP skins and a composite core incorporating a PU foam for heat insulation, LVL subframe for strength and PVC outer to prevent warping or twisting. The use of GRP skins allows us to offer high definition embossing to give realistic woodgrain effect and traditional moulding details to give the feel of a timber door. Our doors are available in a range of 24 colours. REGLAZEABLE CASSETTE SYSTEM The range of stunning glass options are incorporated into the door using the industry leading Tri-Sys glazing system which allows for easy reglazing of the door in the event of glass breakage or if you decide to change your glass design at a later date DECORATIVE GLASS THE BEST APPEARANCE Installing an Infinity Composite Door in your home will give a truly appealing finish to the entrance, with a high-definition embossed and grained GRP outer skin, which will look stunning for years to come. MAKING A PERSONAL STATEMENT The visual appearance of your door is enhanced with your choice of glass. Depending upon the style, you will have either a double glazed or triple glazed unit. All units will be supplied as Energy Plus, incorporating Low E glass and Argon gas filled. The glazing cassette system has passed the PAS24 security attack tests but is also re-glazeable. For back door applications, you can have an Integrated Venetian Blind utilising a child friendly unobtrusive finger control with no loose cords. HIGH SECURITY LOCKS We offer a range of high security lock systems from Yale and other leading manufacturers to give unrivalled security and all our locks use the latest Yale 3* anti-bump, anti-pick cylinder technology. Options and Specifications are shown on page 45. PVC OUTERFRAME All our doors come with the Deceuninck Heritage 2800 series profile as standard. It has a unique, modern shape with smooth contours and is available as smooth white, foiled white or in a range of colours. Our range of stunning decorative glass options really set our door apart With a range of options to suit all tastes and budgets these high performance glass units have the lowest U values of any decorative glass available in the market. Matching post office compliant letterplates, door knockers, handles and numerals are available in a range of 5 colours and finishes. Options are shown on page 45. LOW THRESHOLD AND DRIP BARS THE WIDEST RANGE OF COLOURS With our high performance paint technology, we can offer a wide range of colours for doors and colour foil for door frames giving you a fantastic choice for your home. Most doors would come as white as standard on the internal side, however for your own unique requirements, we may be able to provide different options so please speak to our Sales Representative for more details. 22 COMPOSITE DOOR SIZING Due to the manufacturing system involved in producing our Composite Door, certain size restrictions are inevitable. The sizes shown below are based on the Deceuninck 2800 system and Part M compliant low threshold or PVC Cill. Composite sidelights and glazed sidelights are made as separate frames and joined with steel reinforced couplers. Complementary glass is also available to match up with many of our decorative units: THRESHOLDS The AM3 low threshold has been ergonomically tested for Part M compliance for disability access. It is thermally broken to meet thermal bridging and insulation requirements. As well as being designed to fit directly onto level thresholds, it is ideal for use with carpeted floors and can have an optional clip-in internal transition ramps also allow use with tiled or wooden floors.
