2 We can make any style of contemporary door from a range of woods. European Oak and Iroko are popular for a natural/stained finish. If you would like a painted finish then idigbo hardwood is used. We offer full factory finishing using the Teknos system, there are many colours available. There are two main types of horizontal boarded door with variations from each. Horizontal Boarded (HB) Door and Framed Horizontal Boarded (FHB) Door see below. (other styles available) Many other designs are available please ask Horizontal Boarded Doors (HB) Horizontal boarded doors have horizontal boards running across the whole width of the door Door thickness 65mm with 35mm insulated core Framed Horizontal Boarded Doors (FHB) Framed horizontal boarded doors have horizontal boards set within two vertical boards Door thickness 56mm with 25mm insulated core Vision Panels - Both styles can be made with vision panels or without. Vision panels can be in the centre, left or right, clear or opaque glass can be supplied Letterplates - and other ironmongery can be fitted to both door types

5 FRAMES We can make many styles of frames, combination frames and frames with top lights these are examples. Standard Four Sided Frame Frame with Fully Glazed Sidelights Frame with Side Windows Frame with Side Panel and Sidelight Frames are fully weathersealed and include a disabled access stormguard cill as standard. 6 DOOR FURNITURE AND LOCK INFORMATION If you have a door and frame we can pre-hang the door into the frame in the workshop, your quote will include this unless stated otherwise. This incudes supply and fitting of the following:- Heavy duty ball bearing stainless steel butt hinges Winkhaus secured by design locking system (inc.
