13 Fitting Instructions Scan here to view online fitting guide Lever on Rose Rose Installation: To ensure the most secure fitting of levers, we strongly recommend the use of the male/female bolts supplied in conjunction with the face fix woodscrews (as per Rose Installation Instructions) Mark out centre hole 1 Mark out fixing holes 2 and 3 at 38.0mm centre Using a 6mm drill, drill holes at these points/marks Using a 22.0mm drill, drill a hole at 1 (centre) Secure the spindle into either of the levers. Firmly fix in place by using the grub screw, tightening into the spindles slotted slit. Check adequate spindle length is available to go through the door and to allow secure attachment of the other lever. 6. Pass the spindle through the lock/latch follower. a. Bringing the lever to the door, line up the holes in the rose with holes 2 and 3 drilled previously a. b. a. a. Place the 2nd lever on the other side of the door. Use the two bolts and evenly tighten, ensuring both levers are firmly fixed against the door face. Check the grub screws are tightened and all fixings are secure. If there is any resistance when levers are turned, check components, their alignment, and adjust as necessary. Fix on outer cover roses. 13
