9 Solid Wood... Under-mounted sinks (pictured above) are the most commonly requested configurations. Over mounting and any variation of recessed placements of kitchen components are readily available. Butler sinks, Hob cut outs, etc... no trouble. Also pictured on the unit above are Up-Stands and Bar Tops (with under groove). 70mm solid Saligna stair treads and landings finished with a polyurethane specially formulated for flooring. PAGE 7

10 HI-BUILD RESIN FINISH... NO WORRIES IMPACT RESISTANCE Even softer timbers such as macrocarpa become so much stronger with the generous coatings of Hi-Build Resin that The WOODSMITHS apply as standard. Plus the resin is flexible to reduce the risk of cracking the surface. CHEMICAL and SOLVENT RESISTANCE Hi-Build Resin is highly resistant to all household cleaners, chemicals, solvents and bleaches...virtually stain-proof. EASY CARE and MAINTENANCE The silky smooth glass-like finish makes cleaning a breeze. All standard non-abrasive cleaners can be used. We recommend using a microfibre cloth and warm water. Fine steel wool and methylated spirits can be used to remove heavy grime build-up. To restore the original sheen simply apply a thin coat of the Bench Top Wax supplied. SPECIAL FORMULA Hi-Build Resin is made for use on any timber species. Being hard and yet flexible it allows the timber to move naturally without cracking. It is also UV resistant. TOTALLY SEALED Bench tops from The WOODSMITHS are totally encased with the resin to make them all-round water and steam proof. Water leaks, steam from Dishwashers, etc, will not affect them. COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY All bench tops finished with Hi-Build Resin are covered by a full eight year warranty against faulty workmanship and / or materials. Includes splitting, resin breakdown. If you have any problem with your bench top, The WOODSMITHS will be there to rectify it within 7 days. HEAT RESISTANCE The Hi-Build Resin surface is highly heat resistant. Boiling water is no problem for example. However we recommend that heat resistant mats, tiles, glass or marble should be used where hot pots and pans are frequently used. REPAIRABLE Dents can often be repaired by pouring boiling water on them and rubbing with a towel. Major ruptures can easily be repaired on-site by filling with resin and buffing. PAGE 8

11 HI-BUILD RESIN BENCH TOP WARRANTY THE WOODSMITHS guarantee their Hi- Build Resin finished bench tops for a full eight years, against faulty workmanship and/or faulty material, (e.g. splitting, resin breakdown). This does not extend to wear and tear or damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence or incorrect installation. (Refer Installation & Care and Cleaning Recommendations that accompany each consignment.) During this eight-year period if you have any problem with your bench top, THE WOODSMITHS will be there to rectify it within 7 days. If THE WOODSMITHS are satisfied that material or workmanship is faulty, we will repair or replace the product at our option. NATURAL OIL & TWO PACK LACQUER BENCH TOP WARRANTY THE WOODSMITHS guarantee their Natural Oil and Two Pack Lacquer finished bench tops for a full five years, against faulty workmanship and/or faulty material, (e.g. splitting, resin breakdown). This does not extend to wear and tear or damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence or incorrect installation. (Refer Installation & Care and Cleaning Recommendations that accompany each consignment.) During this five-year period if you have any problem with your bench top, THE WOODSMITHS will be there to rectify it within 7 days. 13 Solid Wood Cornice Mouldings Kitchens just look so much better with a finishing cornice. Just let the WOODSMITHS know what you need, and maybe supply a sample of the finish. Supplied unfinished, finished, polished, painted, oiled, mitred, etc... ready to install. Stain/Finish/Colour matching no problem. Rimu, Jarrah, Macrocarpa, Pine available ex-stock.
