The range has been designed for commercial applications and is best suited to heavy traffic areas or for external applications. The range has been designed for commercial applications and is suited for use in coastal or harsh climate conditions. 8 Plate Furniture Kaba Australia has plate furniture available to compliment the range of compliant handles specified in the previous section. Our plate furniture has been designed for use with Australian mortice locks and latches and is available in a variety of configurations including, concealed and visible fixing, with cylinder hole and with AS1428 compliant turn snibs. Our 100 and 600 Series are suitable for all levers stated within this brochure. These plates are best suited for commercial applications due to their hard wearing design and features. Available in a square end 600 Series and round end 100 Series to compliment the modern architectural design of Kaba lever handles. The levers are mounted on a 165mm high x 44mm wide solid forged brass base plate projecting 12mm and are designed for use with Kaba mortice locks and latches but also are compatible with similar locks and tubular latches. Our N100 and N600 Series are our narrow stile plate furniture and match with our 25 Series lever only (see for lever style) for compliance with AS1428. The 1500 Series plates, along with the levers used for this application are of 316 grade stainless steel. Our 2900 Series, harm minimisation and vandal resistant plate furniture matches with the 32 Series lever only (see for lever style). These plates, along with the lever are manufactured using 316 grade stainless steel. Kaba c-lever Our commercial grade c-lever product is lock and cylinder independent, providing any door with a stand-alone access control system which is easy to program and operate. Kaba c-lever can be purchased complete with our MS2 mortice lock and cylinder or it can be retrofitted to an existing Australian mortice lock and cylinder. The cylinder system provides a mechanical key override and can be implemented as a master key system for added security. Page 11

15 Electronic Door Furniture Kaba E-Flash The Kaba E-Flash is a residential electronic door lock available in proximity card and biometric versions. Both versions come in an Egress model, perfect for use on apartment blocks where compliance to AS1428 is necessary. The Kaba E-Flash comes with a pin code and key override as standard on all models and has a range of accessories to add to the convenience of the system.
