R/H inner front wheel arch (splash panel) Wheel arch lip R/H area forward of front wheel R/H inner sill Cut and remove old unwanted areas at bottom of A pillar. Fabricate new sections as required and weld in place. Additional welds needed to existing repairs on inner. Cut and remove remains of lower outer skin. Trim and fit new lower patch /repair panel. Tack weld in place and test fit door. Grind and finish existing welds. Additional welds needed to existing repairs. Straighten existing inner splash panel. Additional welds needed to existing repairs. Clean and grind welds as required. a) Cut rusted areas from above bumper mount on inner panel. b) Cut rusted areas from out rigger and front of crows foot. Grind and finish existing welded repairs on inner sill (under side of car). Cut rusted areas from inside rear end of sill. MRK12RH (wheel arch front wing)

Cut and remove rusted section includes inner skin and outer lip of door opening. Grind and finish welds Cut/remove rusted area at bottom of B pillar at joint to top of sill. Fabricate new section and weld in place. Cut and remove remains of old outer sill. Grind and clean up surfaces. Test fit doors and align. Cut new sill to fit vehicle, tack weld in place. Cut rusted inner section from car. Fabricate new inner and weld in place. Fabricate new outer section, align to spat and fully weld in place. Cut rusted outer section from car. Fabricate new outer section, align to spat and fully weld in place. Cut and remove rusted section. Trim and fit new patch /repair panel. Cut and remove remains of old outer sill. Grind and clean up surfaces. Test fit doors and align. Cut new sill to fit vehicle, tack weld in place. Check alignment and fully weld in place. Cut rusted area and old repair on outer skin of fender. Fabricate new sections, tack weld in place and test fit. Cut and remove old rusted areas at bottom of A pillar. Fabricate new sections as required align and weld in place. Clean and grind welds as required. Cut and remove remains of lower outer skin. Trim and fit new lower patch /repair panel. Tack weld in place and test fit door. MRK12LH (wheel arch front wing) L/H area forward of front wheel: Drill and grind spot welds to remove existing front out rigger. Clean up surfaces align and fully weld in place.
