2 & Frames INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Covering frame model numbers:. Secure the frame to the appliance body using the screws and nuts provided: - 5x Screws and nuts - 6x Screws and nuts - 8x Screws and nuts (See Diagram ). These instructions are supplementary to, and must be read in conjunction with, the Installation Instructions (PM7 for Riva ) supplied with the fire.. Allow for the connection of the following: - Electrical services (for fan installation) using the opening in the outside of the chimney breast for access. - The Outside Air kit (optional) - Convection Ducting kit (Optional) - The flue system PR8795. SECURING THE FRAME TO THE FIRE The fitting of the frame requires people. To attach the frame: Line up the frame with the holes on the appliance body, Diagram. PR879. Build the studwork or brick masonry chimney breast to support the cassette, Diagram &. Fit non combustible board to studwork/frame/masonry to finish flush with the front edge of the flange. This should be done in conjunction with the section on installation of the Edge kit in the Riva Cassette Manual for Installation and Use (Stovax No. PM7). PR808 PR8 PR806 PR8

4 Bauhaus, Verve, Flat Steel, Glass & Profil Frames USER INSTRUCTIONS. Fitting of the frame must be carried out after the appliance has been fully installed and commissioning tests completed.. CLEANING THE FRAME Only clean the frame when it is cold. The painted surfaces of the Flat Steel frame should be cleaned using a damp cloth and buffed with a lint free duster.. To fix the brackets see PM7 Installation Instructions. There are multiple brackets to secure the top and bottom of the frame, see Diagram and table below. Glass Frame Note: Warning - the edges and corners of this product can be easily damaged during installation. Leave the protective edging on during handling and only remove when fully installed. Before fitting the frame please ensure correct fixing brackets are attached to the outer box flange. To attach the frame: Lower the bottom fixing angle onto the bottom brackets and then slot the top brackets under the top brackets attached to the appliance flange, Diagram PR859 PR8509. Secure the frame to the brackets behind the top of the frame, Diagram & 5 The door must be open or removed (see PM7) to tighten the screws.
