2 SPIFITIONS SPIFITIONS: Uprights: Shall be 3.5 O.. steel tubing, 2 gauge(.09 wall), powder coated after fabrication. ecks: Shall be 2 gauge punched steel with a PV coating. Intermediate supports are fabricated from /8 x 2-/2 hot rolled steel. Ladder: Shall be made from 2 gauge punched steel with PV coating. arrier & ntry nclosures: Shall be fabricated from -5/6 O.., 4 gauge (.083 wall), galvanized steel tubing. Mounting tabs shall be /8 hot rolled steel. Slide: Slide and slide hood shall be low density polyethlyene. Hardware: Primary hardware is stainless steel. Weight: 450 lbs. Trim out slots with utility knife if necessary.. Lay (2)Uprights() on ground with clamp flange pointing up. 2. Position eck() onto clamp flange of (2)Uprights(). 3. lign hole in clamp flange with slot on underside of eck(). See Figure. 4. From underside of lamp, insert olt() into hole in lamp and through slot in eck(). Push Upright() tightly against eck() and secure with Flat Washer() and Lock Nut(). 5. Working on ground, insert shaft of Tube lamp() onto tube of arrier-right() and tighten securely with olt() and Lock Washer(). See Figure. I H 2. Place Tube lamp() against Upright. Insert (2)olts() into lamp() and secure with (2)Lock Nuts(F). See Figure. 3. Insert (2)olts(G) through bottom slots in arrier-right(), through slots in eck and secure with (2)Flat Washers(H) and (2)Lock Nuts(I). See Figure 2. G 4. Repeat Steps -3 for arrier-left(). Insert olt() and Flat Washer() into center slot of Stairs(), through center slot of eck and secure with Flat Washer() and Lock Nut() on underside of eck. Lightly tighten bolts until all bolts are installed. Handrails removed for clarity Stairs must be supported until Handrails are attached in next step. 4. 13 STP 6 - TTH FOOTR TO 4FT STRIGHT SLI. Insert olts(), Lock Washers() and Flat Washers(F) into slot in Mounting racket() into holes in underside of Slide() and tighten. See Figure. 2. Insert Support Post() into Mounting racket(). Insert olt(g) through larger hole in Mounting racket(), through Support Post() and secure with Lock Nut (H). See Figure 2. From underside of eck, insert olt(), Lock Washer() and Flat Washer() into center slot in eck and lightly tighten. See Figure. Insert olt() and Flat Washer() into hole in Slide Hood() and lightly tighten to Straight Slide. 3. Repeat steps and 2 for other side. 4. Tighten olts() securely. UPLYTOY PLY SYSTMS

16 STP 9 - TTH SLI HOO TO K N UPRIGHTS. From front side of Slide Hood, insert olt() and Flat Washer() into Slide Hood, through deck and secure with Flat Washer() and Lock Nut(). See Figure. 2. From back side of Slide Hood, place flat side of Panel lamp() against Slide Hood. Insert olt() into slot of Panel lamp(), through hole in Slide Hood and secure with Flat Washer() and Lock Nut (). Repeat for other side. See Figure lose Panel lamp() around upright. Insert (2)olts(F) into lamp() and tighten with FRONT VIW Lock Nuts(). See Figure 3. 17 STP 0 - INSTLL LMP RIVTS IMPORTNT: Once assembly is complete, plumb and level structure and tighten all fasteners securely. Install lamp Rivets() in all clamps to ensure clamps cannot move out of proper position.. rill /4 (7mm) hole into Uprights() through pre-drilled hole in lamps(). See Figure. 2. Insert lamp Rivets() into drilled hole and tap into place with hammer. See Figure 2.
