Lift the bar into position and secure to the uprights as shown in detail A using the Torx Bolts. 4. Ensure all Bolts are fully tightened when concrete has fully cured. 5 1.2M HONEYCOMB CLIMBER 1 Honeycomb Climber 1 2 D Handrail 2 Materials: 3 M10x25mm Torx Bolt 6 4 M10 Flat Washer 8 5 M10 Nyloc Nut 2 For use as an exit or entry point to decks. Designed for Hand Eye Coordination Available in 0.6m,0.9m,1.2m & 1.5m heights. 1. Refer to plan view for position of Honeycomb Climber. 2. Lift the climber into position against the outside face of the deck ensuring that the legs are in the foundation holes. 3. Drill out two centre pilot holes in deck to 12mm and secure the climber to the deck using Torx Bolts with Flat Washers secured with Nyloc Nuts. 4. Secure the top and bottom of each of the handrails to the upright with a Torx Bolt. Doc No. C-39

Designed for Hand Eye Coordination 2m available in straight or incline of 0.3m, 0.6m & 0.9m. 1m available only in straight or 0.3m incline. 1. Refer to plan view for position of Hex or Half Hex Tunnel. 2. Secure both ends of the tunnel to the inside face of the uprights using 25mm Torx Bolts and Washers. 3. 7 SQUARE DECK 1 Square Deck Aluminium 1 2 M10 Flat Washer 8 Materials: 3 M10x25mm Torx Bolt 8 Decks may be used singularly or in combination to form the structures of the Playville System. Decks may be also be used as multipurpose and take off decks. Decks may be installed at heights of 0.3m, 0.6m, 0.9m, 1.2m, 1.5m & 1.8m above finished ground level. 1. Refer to the plan view for the position of the Deck. 2. Lift the Deck into position in between the four Uprights. 3. The Deck can now be bolted to the Uprights using Torx Bolts with Flat Washers under the heads. (Into nutserts). 4. All Deck edges are supplied with a 5mm pilot hole. A 12mm hole is needed to attach components. Do not drill hole if not required. A 5mm hole is in compliance with the Australian Standards Doc No. D-31

Lift the Barrel, with the mounts, into position between the uprights and secure the using Torx Bolts with Flat Washers under the bolt heads. 4. When secure, tighten the Grub Screws locking the Mounts to the shaft. 5. Fit the Log Roll Handrail with the. * If Bearings are not replaced when worn, this will cause damage to the Shaft an Barrel Please The Log Roll Barrel should be filled with 8 1/2 litres of dry river sand to prevent it from spinning too fast. Locate the Handrails between the Uprights and secure using Torx Bolts with Flat Washers under the bolt heads. 3. Bolt the Main Bar to the Deck using Torx Bolts, Nyloc Nuts and Washers. 4. Attach the chain to the welded links on the Main Bar and using Cup head bolts with Washer and Nyloc Nuts (8, 9, 10). 5. Attach chain(1) to main bar(2) with S Hooks(11), ensure S Hooks fully clamped metal on metal. 6. Ensure all bolts are tight.
