5 DYNAPLUS AR-COATING C4 Dynaplus AR-Coating is a high corrosion-resistant, organic coating. The hardened carbon steel screws are first galvanized before they get the surface treatment with our patented Dynaplus Anti-Corrosion coating. This coating is made of four different layers and has an excellent self-recovering ability. For example, when the screw is slightly damaged by the bit during screwing, the AR-coating is able to recover this damage. VERY HIGH CORROSION RESISTANCE Dynaplus AR-Coating screws withstand salt spray test according to ASTM B 117 with more than 1500 hours. The AR-coating has the highest corrosion protection class: C4, which is tested in the Nordtest method by the Swedish independent testing institute SITAC TWICE AS STRONG AS STAINLESS STEEL SCREWS No more breaking of screws during screwing SELF-RECOVERING ABILITY OF THE AR-COATING Provides a permanent corrosion protection EXCELLENT CHEMICAL AND ACID RESISTANCE Our coated screws can be used in wood types with tannic acids like Red-cedar and Oakwood.
