4 66 STEP 1 Triangular Frame Assembly 1.1 At this step, you will need 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 pressure-treated lumber to create the 4 joists and 8 wall studs. 1.2 Use the drawing below as a reference and cut the ends of the joists at the correct angles. 1.3 Prepare blocking from the beam with cross section 1 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch. 1.4 Secure beams with 2x3" wood screws. 5 1/2" 5 1/2" /2" 6'-7" 6'-7" 5'-9 1/2" 2 1/2" 5'-9 1/2" 3/4" 2'-8 1/2" 3/4" 2'-9 3/4" /2" 3 3/4" 3 3/4" 3 3/4" 4'-9 1/4" 3 3/4" 5'-5"

5 STEP 2 Install Rim Joists 2.1 Use 1 1/2 x 3 1/2 pressure-treated material for creating the rim joists. 2.2 Install joists at the bottom edge and secure them with frames by 8x3" wood screws. 3 1/2" 6'-6"

6 STEP 3 Install Nest Box Rim Joists 3.1 Prepare 8 rim joists with cross-section 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch. 3.2 Secure rim joists to the frames with 2x3" wood screws. 5'-5" 1'-8 1/2" 1'-7 3/4" 2'-3 3/4" 1'-9 1/4"

7 1'-8 1/2" 1'-7 3/4" STEP 4 Install Nest Box's Front Frames 4.1 Prepare 2 1/2 x 1 1/2 pressure-treated lumber for 8 rough sills and 8 studs. 4.2 Assemble the frames for the front of the coop and secure them with 3 wood screws. 2 1/2" 2 1/2" 2 1/2"

8 STEP 5 Install Plywood For The Floor 5.1 Using 9/16 plywood, use the drawing in Node A and make the necessary cuts for the flooring. 5.2 Secure the plywood with 2" wood screws. 1'-11 1/4" 1'-10 3/4" 1'-11 1/4" 1'-10 3/4"

9 STEP 6 Install Nest Box's Rafters 6.1 Prepare 3 1/2 x 1 1/2 pressure-treated lumber for the 4 rafter supports. 6.2 Cut one edge to make 10 degrees angle and install rafter supports on the frame with 2x3" wood screws. 6.3 Prepare 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 pressure-treated lumber for the 8 rafters. 6.4 Cut one edge and install rafters with 2x3" wood screws. 2'-2 1/2" 2'-2 1/2"

10 STEP 7 Installing The Siding for The Coop 7.1 Prepare and install starter courcer from the pressure-treated lumber with cross section 1/4 x 3/4 inch. 7.2 Prepare the 1/2 x 6 inch wood siding boards in the required amount according to the drawing. 7.3 Secure the siding using 2 galvanized nails. 7.4 Prepare and install roof ridge cap from the pressure-treated lumber with cross section 1 1/2 x 3/4 inch. 1'-4 1/2" 6'-10" 2'-7 1/2" 2'-2"

11 STEP 8 Install the Sub-Roofing 8.1 Prepare the 9/16" plywood for the roof sheathing according to the drawing. 8.2 Secure the plywood with 2" wood screws. 2'-4" 2'-4" 2'-3 1/4" 2'-3 1/4" 2'-3 1/4" 2'-3 1/4"

12 STEP 9 Install Plywood For The Floor 9.1 Cut 9/16 plywood for the flooring using the drawing below as a guide. 9.2 Secure the plywood with 2" wood screws. 2' 1'-10" 2' 1'-10" 1'-10" 1'-10" 2' 2'

13 STEP 10 Assembling and Installing the Nest Box Door 10.1 Assemble the frame from the pressure-treated lumber with cross section 2 1/2 x with 2x5" wood screws according to the drawing Prepare 1/4" wire mesh in the required quantity and install it on the inner side of the frame with the help of industrial stapler Prepare the 1/2 x 6 inch wood siding board according to the drawing Install two 4" door hinges using 6x2" wood screws. Finish the door installation by attaching 4" surface bolt and 6" door pull.

14 STEP 11 Assembling and Installing the Coop Doors 11.1 Assemble the frame from the pressure-treated lumber with cross section 2 1/2 x 3/4 " with 1x5" wood screws according to the drawing Prepare and install starter courcer from the pressure-treated lumber with cross section 1/4 x 3/4 inch Prepare and install the 1/2 x 6 inch wood siding boards in the required amount according to the drawing with 2" galvanized nails Install door trims from the pressure-treated lumber with cross section 1 1/2 x 3/4" with 2" wood screws according to the drawing Install two 6" door hinges using 2x1" wood screws. Finish the door installation by attaching 4" surface bolt and 6" door pull.

15 STEP 12 Installing the Metal Roofing 12.1 To cover the roof will need 4x6.25 ft 2 of corrugated roof panels Fasten the panels with sheet metal screws with neoprene washer Prepare and install four metal roof ridge caps according to the drawing. 2'-4" 2'-6" 2'-7 1/2" 2'-7 1/2" 2'-4" 2'-4" 2'-4"

16 STEP 13 Install Aviary's Wire Mesh 13.1 Prepare wire mesh sheets according to the drawing. To cover all the square will need 40 ft 2 of wire mesh Fasten the mesh with an industrial stapler. 1' 11 1/4" 2' 1" 6' 2" 2' 9 1/4" 4' 7 3/4"

17 STEP 14 Coop Decoration Now that your coop is all done, you are ready to decorate it any way you want using your favorite paint, stain, or preservative.
