5 The Great Outdoors 12 x 12 Canada Scrapbook Workshop Assembly Instructions Key Diagram:, = Layout 1, Layout 2 1. You will use two NE Ivy CS sheets for the bases. Stamp both Sage pieces with Sage ink using the compass stamp. Glue these to each corner at the top of each page, leaving a ¾ from the top and edge. 2. On page one, glue the Espresso photo mats right to the edge and next to each other. Glue the black 2 x 2 square underneath the Espresso mat, leaving a ¼ at the top and left side. Glue the Glacier mat next to the Espresso mat. 3. Cut dove tails on the Glacier banners. Glue one to the left of the Espresso mat. 4. Stamp your goose in black archival ink. Color with a brown watercolor pencil. Cut out. Glue the Espresso (Lt side) square to the Espresso () square. Glue the linen square to the Espresso square. Glue this to the bottom left corner. Adhere the goose with thin foam tape to the center. Add a arrow to the bottom left corner. Add two gold sequins to the top right corner and a glacier banner to the right of the square. 5. Glue a strip of burlap ribbon underneath the mats. Stamp the arrows on the Kraft strip in Espresso ink. Glue this underneath the ribbon. Glue the black strip underneath the Kraft strip. 6. After you have cut out your CANADA letters on your Cricut, adhere them with thin foam tape at the bottom right corner. Add two gold sequins to the D. 7. Stamp The Great Outdoors in Sage ink on the small linen piece. Stamp arrows across the bottom in Espresso ink. Glue this piece to the Espresso piece. Adhere with thin foam tape to the right and above the photo mat. Add a Glacier banner to the right. 8. Add four gold sequins to each corner of the center photo mat. 9. Page 2, glue the Espresso mats next to each other. Glue the black 2 x 2 square underneath the Espresso mat. Add a Glacier banner to the right of the mat. 10. Stamp your moose in Espresso ink and the fish in NE Ivy ink. Color with watercolor pencils. Cut out. 11. Glue the 3 ¼ x 4 ¼ Glacier mat next to the Espresso mat. This glacier mat is optional for the linen journaling strips. If you choose to use these for journaling instead of the photo, glue these across the glacier mat. You won t need the 3 x 4 photo placeholder. Glue a strip of burlap ribbon across the bottom of the mats. Tie a burlap knot and glue this to the right side of your ribbon. Stamp your Kraft strip using the arrow stamp in Espresso ink. Glue this underneath the ribbon. Glue the black strip underneath the Kraft strip. 12. Glue one Glacier square next to the right edge, leaving a ¼ on each side. 13. Glue the Espresso piece to the Espresso piece. Glue the linen square to the Espresso square. Adhere your moose using thin foam tape to the center of the linen square. Add a arrow to the right bottom corner. Add two gold sequins at the top left side. 14. Now glue the other Glacier photo mat to the left side of the moose, leaving a ¼ space on each side. 15. Adhere your fish with thin foam to the top of your Espresso photo mats. Add three gold sequins to each corner of your left Espresso mat.

6 The Great Outdoors 12 x 12 Scrapbook Workshop Assembly Instructions 1. You will use the two Linen CS sheets for your bases (). On the first page, glue the Kraft piece to the left side of the page, leaving a ½ space from the edge. Glue the Peach strip next to the right of the Kraft piece. 2. Stamp the fish on both Sage pieces with Sage ink. Stamp the fish in one direction. Glue one Sage piece to the right side of the page, leaving a 2 space from the edge. 3. Glue the Peach strip next to the Sage piece. 4. Glue the NE Ivy photo mats overlapping the Kraft piece. Leave a ¼ space in between each photo mat. Glue a piece of burlap ribbon across the bottom of the top photo mat. Tie a burlap knot and glue to the right side. 5. Glue the two smaller Espresso photo mats to the right side, overlapping the Sage piece. Glue a arrow to the top left of the mat and add two gold sequins. 6. Cut dove tails on each end of the Espresso piece. Glue this to the bottom left corner, overlapping the Kraft piece. Stamp The Great Outdoors in Sage ink on the linen piece. Glue this to the Sage piece. Adhere this with thin foam tape over the Espresso banner. Stamp the two fish in NE Ivy ink and color with watercolor pencils. Cut these out. Adhere one fish with thin foam tape underneath the sentiment. Add a arrow to the left side of the sentiment and gold sequins to the left corner. 7. Glue the linen photo mat to the right edge of your page, leaving a ½ from the bottom. Add two arrows to the upper right side of the photo mat. 8. For page 2, glue the Kraft piece to the right side of the page, leaving a ½ space from the edge. Glue the Peach strip next to the Kraft piece. Now glue the Sage piece that was stamped next to the Peach strip. 9. Glue the two Espresso photo mats overlapping the Kraft and Sage pieces. Leave a ½ space in between mats and edge of your page. Glue a arrow to the top right of the mat. Add two gold sequins to the upper left corner of the bottom mat. 10. Glue the NE Ivy photo mat to the left of your Espresso mats, leaving a ½ space. Glue a strip of burlap ribbon across the NE Ivy mat. Tie a burlap knot and glue to the bottom left of the mat. Adhere the fish with thin foam tape to the top of the NE Ivy mat. 11. Glue the 3 linen journaling strips to the bottom right corner, overlapping the Kraft piece. Glue a arrow on top of the sage and peach pieces. Add sequins to the bottom right corner. 12. Glue the linen piece next to the edge of the layout, leaving a ½ space at the bottom. Glue two arrows at the bottom left of the linen mat.

7 The Great Outdoors Cards 1-2 Assembly Instructions Card 1 1. Stamp the compass in Espresso ink randomly on the Espresso piece and glue to the bottom of your card base. 2. Glue a piece of burlap ribbon across the top of the Espresso CS. 3. Glue the NE Ivy strip above the ribbon. Glue the Kraft strip to the center of the NE Ivy strip. 4. Stamp your bear in Espresso ink and color with watercolor pencils. Cut out. 5. Glue the Linen square on top of the NE Ivy square. Adhere this piece with thin foam tape towards the top of the card. 6. Stamp Proudly Canadian in NE Ivy ink at the top of the Linen square. 7. Adhere the bear with thin foam tape to the bottom of the Linen square. 8. Glue your two arrows to the left of the square. Tie a piece of burlap ribbon in a knot and glue to the left side of the ribbon, next to the square. Add gold sequins. Card 2 1. Stamp the Glacier piece using the arrows stamp in Glacier ink. Stamp arrows in different directions. Glue to the center of the card. 2. Glue the Espresso strip to the center, closer to the top. Glue the Peach strip to the center of the Espresso strip. 3. Stamp your fish in NE Ivy ink. Color with watercolor pencils. I colored teal at the top of the fish, light grey at the bottom of the fish, and a soft pink in the center of the fish, face, and fins. Cut out. 4. Glue the Linen piece to the Sage piece. Adhere this with thin foam tape to the upper center of the card. 5. Adhere the fish to the center of the Linen piece with thin foam tape. 6. Stamp The Great Outdoors in Espresso ink at the bottom right corner. 7. Add gold sequins.

8 The Great Outdoors Assembly Instructions Cards 3-4 Card 3 1. Randomly stamp the compass on the Sage piece in Sage ink. Glue this to the center of the card base. 2. Cut dove tails on your NE Ivy piece. Glue this to the center. Glue a piece of burlap ribbon across the top of the banner. Tie a burlap knot and glue to the left side of the ribbon. 3. Glue the black square to the Kraft square. Adhere this with thin foam tape to the top of the banner. 4. Stamp your goose in black archival ink. Color the goose with a brown watercolor pencil. Cut out. Adhere with thin foam tape to the center of the square. 5. Add a arrow to the bottom left of the banner. 6. Add two gold sequins to the top right side of the square. Card 4 1. Stamp the arrows in different directions in Espresso ink on the Espresso piece. Glue this to the linen piece. Now glue the linen piece the NE Ivy piece. Glue this to the left side of the card base. 2. Glue a piece of burlap ribbon to the center of this piece. 3. Cut the linen square corner to corner. Glue the dark side first and then glue the light side next to the to the Kraft square. 4. Adhere this piece with thin foam tape to the upper left corner, overlapping the strips and ribbon. 5. Stamp your moose in Espresso ink. Color with watercolor pencils. Cut out. Adhere this with thin foam tape to the center of the linen square. 6. Stamp The Great Outdoors in NE Ivy ink at the bottom right corner. 7. Tie a burlap knot and glue underneath the square. 8. Add two gold sequins at the top left corner.
