Custom textile products can be designed to suit your specific needs. * Please note: Specific files and set ups are required for your work to go through Screen printing machines. If you are unable to adhere to our Screen printing requirements then we may have to charge an additional management fee for set up. LARGE SCREEN PRINTS A4 - A3 size one colour screen Prices are based on one colour prints that have customer supplied artwork. A4 A3 WHAT IS SCREEN PRINTING? Screen printing technique is where a screen/mesh is made up with your design on it. This screen then sits on your fabric and a squeegee is moved across the screen to force ink through the mesh, this causes the ink to sit on the fabric where the design screen dictates. One colour is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multicoloured image or design. The screen printing process works on most fabrics and is then heat treated which makes the ink bond to the fabric to make it permanent, then normal laundering can be done. Natural fabric printing is done using water based nano pigments (ink), free from harmful chemicals. Using a digital printer the inks are printed onto a pre-treated textile through an ink jet print head. The nano pigments create the colouration on the textile and are bonded to the fibres using heat and pressure. With pigment ink the process needs no water or paper in its process and no waste ink. The fabric is completely bonded to the ink and can be laundered through a normal washing machine with no fading. Very eco friendly.
