2 WHERE AZURE DELIVERS Our customer service team is happy to help you place an order, resolve a concern, connect you with an active drop, or help you create your own drop. Just give us a call. Place Your Order Website: Call: Fax: info@azurestandard.com (We do not accept orders via .) Office Hrs: 6 a.m. 6 p.m. PST, Monday through Thursday Office Hrs: 6 a.m. 4:30 p.m. PST Friday; closed Saturday and Sunday Most deliveries are made by a full-sized, 64-foot semi-tractor/trailer. A big, 18-wheel truck will drive across country to meet your drop. Please keep this in mind when planning a delivery to your location. Truck routes and schedules, with cutoffs, can change at any time. Therefore, please check with your drop coordinator to confirm your delivery schedules for each month. Note: Hawaii, Alaska, Caribbean and South Pacific loads are delivered via barge lines. See Pages 8-9 for more detail about these deliveries. Order Deadlines Cutoffs Azure accepts orders online, over the phone, by fax, or mail. For all non-website orders, use the order form in the back of the product catalog. Online: Every route cut-off deadline is precisely 4 pm PST via our website. Phone Orders: We are happy to assist you placing an order up until 4 pm Pacific Time, Mon-Fri, during office hours. Please have your customer number, product numbers and quantities ready when you call. Fax Orders: Cutoff is 12:00 pm PST on your route s cutoff day, or the last business day prior to a Sunday cutoff. We encourage you to call to confirm that your faxed order was received. Fill out order form completely, including name, customer number, phone number, address, and location/name of contact where order will be delivered and credit card. Write legibly in a dark pen color. Mail Orders: Please allow 6-7 working days before your cutoff date or the Friday before your cut-off date (consider mail holidays!). Use dark pen, write legibly, and fill out order form completely, including name, customer number, phone number, address, and location/name of contact where order will be delivered and credit card. Backorder: Azure DOES NOT USE a backorder system. If you ordered, but did not receive an item because it was out of stock, you will need to order it again with your next order, or when it is next available. 3 Frequency of Delivery Most Azure routes deliver just once every 4 weeks to a drop point, but a few routes are able to receive product more often than that. UPS delivery is available for some products in areas where Azure routes are not delivering. Changes to the delivery schedule surrounding that time period are posted well in advance online. Please note that we deliver in a four-week cycle so orders are not always delivered on a regular day first Monday of the month, as an example. The approximate delivery days are subject to change at any time due to order volume, road conditions, etc. Customers should always consult online or contact their drop coordinator to confirm each delivery date and time. Drop Minimums Each drop must have a total order of at least $550 for the truck to add the drop. If your drop is farther than 3 miles off route," there will be a different minimum amount required based upon the distance the driver is traveling. Each drop will be assigned a minimum based on the route. For example, if a drop is 20 miles off route, it would have a minimum drop requirement of estimated $2,250. If a drop does not reach its minimum, customer orders will not be voided they will be shipped the following month, or the next time the drop reaches its minimum. Each individual customer s order minimum is $50. If the order is less, a $5 handling fee is charged for orders delivered by standard truck route. If you choose to have your order delivered by UPS or USPS, the handling fee will be a maximum of $2.50. For orders shipped by common carrier, UPS, or barge, all shipping costs will be added to your order. Frozen and refrigerated items may not be available using these shipping methods.
