12 Strengths Padtec has a unique access to advanced 100 G DSP for coherent detection Partnership and strategic investment with Clariphy Civcom and Padtec have been producing 100 G transceivers and line cards for two year Deployed to T1 companies like Telefonica Deployed for regional operators like GVT Padtec made substantial investment in optical submarine business Optical regenerator with 6 amplifiers inside Depth higher than 8,000 m Sea trial in end of April/ [ 12 ]
13 Steps of This Project Two phases divided by segments: Phase 1 Segment A: Fortaleza Saint Croix Segment B: Rio Fortaleza Segment C: Santos Rio Phase 2: Miami Saint Croix Longer segment will be analyzed first: Fortaleza Saint Croix Transceivers modeling Link modeling Link simulation VPI Laboratory tests: real network assembled at Padtec laboratories Campinas/Brazil Field trial [ 13 ]
