2 Based on a Frequentis standard hardware centric platform Platform operational today in many other countries Due to many special requirements in the original Nødnett control room contract and subsequently changes «Nødnett ICCS» evolved into a heavily tailored customer solution Decoupled from Frequentis standard product therefore a customer driven solution with a customer driven roadmap Common solution with variants for Police and Fire («Touch» user interface) as well as Health (Mouse and Keyboard «MAK») ability to develop common features for multiple Agencies Paramount principle in 2006: decentralized deployment (both actual ICCS and the connection to TETRA network), control rooms operate independently 2

3 ICCS 3020 is - fit for purpose - future proof - flexible and adaptable to changing needs of Health and others Frequentis can maintain and evolve ICCS for the next 10+ years We believe that (changed) operational use cases should drive further development Key is to involve «end users» from AMKs and LVs to keep it «fit for purpose» Frequentis has expertise to advise and offer with regard to - benefits from technology evolution and standard products - Highlight experiences from other customers cases - Migration path from a Norway specific («særnorsk») to a future standard software centric solution (customizable) in the long term Willingness to cooperate with Locus, CSAM, Bliksund and others to meet overall control room needs 3
