1 Annex 1 Comprehensive Change Summary for Council Regulation (EU) N 428/2009 Introduction This document summarises all the differences in the Regime Origin Guide as a result of Council Regulation (EU) No. 388/2012 (published in OJ L129 on 16 May 2012). This replaces Annex 1 Council Regulation (EU) No. 428/2009 (published in OJ L134 on 29 May 2009). The summary of control text changes is for information purposes only and has no force in law.
