2 Over the last few years, Dave Melges has become widely known as the go to photographer for creative, unique, stylish, artistic senior portraits. His look is sharp, bright, dynamic and fresh. This year we re bringing back versions of our 2 popular senior picture packages, for the class of 2011 they re called the 20 & the 50. And new for this year, two high end packages we call SKYLARK. All the style of past products, with the addition of the highest quality camera and lenses available anywhere. 6 More on SKYLARK. The reason I developed SKYLARK for the class of 2011, is it gives me the chance to bring in world class image quality, and to expand the packages to satisfy even those who like to have more than ONE HUNDRED images. At the center of SKYLARK is the highest resolution SLR-type digital camera, the 25 megapixel, full-frame Sony Alpha 900. And since a camera is only as good as the glass in front of it, I m using only the finest lenses, including the Carl Zeiss 135mm f1.8 portrait lens. Just to name one. All total, we plan to come to the SKYLARK shoots carrying the absolute finest, highest quality camera setup you can put together. Over the last year I ve shot Nikon, Canon and Sony side by side in making this decision, and for pure, mind-blowing image quality, this is the setup. Its VERY important to understand: 1. everyone will be driving separately (for liability purposes we won t transport subjects to the RT shoots) 2. we will be taking between THREE and SIX total subjects on a road trip. 3. the road trip will be the better part of a whole day, with shooting around the unique architecture of downtown Grand Rapids, and finishing at sunset, on the beach of Lake Michigan, at Saugatuck Dunes State Park. 4. YOU MUST PLACE A DEPOSIT ON EITHER SKYLARK PACKAGE, BECAUSE SPACE IS VERY LIMITED.
