1 GEORGIA NATURE PHOTOGRAPHERS ASSOCIATION CALLOWAY GARDENS EXHIBIT SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS All of us at Digital Arts Studio are thrilled to offer the specific printing and framing requirements for this exhibit and congratulate all of you who have been selected to exhibit! We're proud to be a GNPA sponsor and always offer members a discount on all printing and framing orders. (Discount Code: GNPA15) These instructions should walk you through the steps to upload your image and place your order via our online store. 1. File Format: TIF or JPEG, 8 or 16 bit. 100MB max. File size. Colorspace: Adobe RGB OPTIMAL IMAGE SIZE: 14x18 (to fit 20x24 finished frame size w/ 3 mat width). Smaller image sizes will have wider mats. 3. Mat widths will be adjusted as necessary to fit your image into the required frame size. 4. All frames will be 1-1/2 wide and 3/4 depth. 5. Matte black finish over solid wood, premium clear glass, 4 ply, bevel-cut, photo white conservation quality mat board and foam core backing. Paper sealed and wired for hanging. All materials are made in the USA. 6. Images will be printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Ultrasmooth (305 gsm cotton rag, archival paper). Digital Arts Studio is one of only 22 Hahnemühle Certified Print Studios in the USA. Digital Arts Studio will review and optimize each file but will contact you if we have any questions or concerns. Once you've uploaded your image, you will be able to view, crop and size your picture as desired. Suggested resolution is 300 dpi (ppi) at the desired physical size. If you are unsure how to prep your files, give us the best version you have. JPEG files will upload the quickest. (Generic canned printer profiles are downloadable from our online web store if you wish to soft proof. You will find a link in the PLACE ORDER drop-down menu). To begin, open a web browser and go to: Please follow these step by step screen shots to place your order. FYI: If you don't need the screen shot visuals, skip to the last page for a short list of steps. You may either create an account or use the GUEST CHECKOUT option.

2 1. CLICK ON THE PLACE ORDER DROP DOWN MENU. Photographic Prints and Frame Packages are the 2 sections where you will be using. Click on PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS (Hahnemühle Photo Rag Ultrasmooth is the ONLY paper being used for this exhibit and is 100% Cotton Rag Archival.) A. Select a file on your computer OR drag and drop your image; upload will start automatically. B. Once uploaded, click CONTINUE.

3 C. This page will show the actual dimensions of the uploaded file, a list of standard sizes and a place to enter specific dimensions. The window indicates how the image will be cropped to that selected size. Rotate the crop window to double check. If your image is not 14x18, we will adjust the mat widths accordingly to fit a 20x24 frame. Click CONTINUE once your image size and crop are correct. In the next step, you will select paper type and border width.

4 E. CLICK SUBSTRATE. All images for this exhibit MUST be printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Ultrasmooth 100% cotton rag paper. Since 1584, Hahnemühle s papermakers have been proving that they superbly master the old craft: uniquely beautiful papers are created from pure spring water and first-class pulps, the same today as over 400 years ago. Photo Rag is the most popular and widely used digital paper produced today. A smooth bright paper with 100% rag content making it highly archival. Specifically designed to meet the need of photographers or artists using digital photographic output. F. CLICK OPTIONS. Add.5 border to all sides. A 14x18 image w/.5 borders, price should show $ G. CLICK CONTINUE. Next page should appear as below.

5 H. CLICK ADD TO CART. RETURN TO TOP OF PAGE, PLACE ORDER, and SELECT FRAMING PACKAGES I. CLICK ON PACKAGE B FRAMES AT VERY BOTTOM OF PAGE.

6 J. ON THE NEXT PAGE, SELECT: PKG B 20x24 (BW waterfall image)

8 ADD FRAME TO CART AND PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. IF YOUR IMAGE SIZE IS 14X18 TO FIT A 20X24 FRAME, Subtotal should be approx. $108 BEFORE GNPA DISCOUNT IS APPLIED AT CHECKOUT. CLICK ON SHOPPING CART ICON AT TOP RIGHT OF SCREEN TO SEE CART CONTENTS N. CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT.
