1 HOW TO PREPARE PRINT FILES FOR BANNERS THIS SPECIFICATION SHOWS HOW TO PREPARE PRINT FILES 1.1 If you have any doubts please visit our website s HELP page or contact Technical Support. PDF - PDF 1.3.or Files cannot be password protected - TrimBox the size of target artwork size. TIFF - Design elements must be embedded - Resolution have to be appropriate to the size of the printout We do not accept the opened files ai, cdr, indd, psd, because during the realisations can occur failures and you will receive the product which not satisfied you... Id Ai CDR Ps 1.3 We accept only files which do not have the overprint attribute. If you sent such file to the production you need to be sure 100% that such result will be accepted by you. Overprint- it is an additional another colour printed onto a previously colour. If you not correct use this attribute it can cause to the failures during the printing (for example the white elements can dissapear or the colour can be changed).

2 ATTENTION! In the files cannot be used the OVERPRINT attributes. For the failures caused by using this attribute Window2Print would not be responsible. 1 Colors knocked out (by default) and with overprinting 2 More informations you can find: Convert type to outlines All texts have to be outlined and all design elements have to be embedded in the file. 3 ATTENTION! Note: You can t convert bitmap fonts or outline-protected fonts to outlines. When you convert type to outlines, the type loses its hints instructions built into fonts to adjust their shape so that your system displays or prints them optimally at a wide range of sizes. If you plan to scale the type, adjust its point size before converting. You must convert all the type in a selection; you cannot convert a single letter within a string of type. To convert a single letter into an outline, create a separate type object containing only that letter. More informations you can find here: Each file have to be saved as a separate file. 1 position of the order = 1 file To obtain the right saturation of the black colour depth- for the products from Banner category - the following values must be used C50 M50 Y50 K100. For the products from Textiles category C0 M0 Y0 K100. Print files with artwork size under 5m must be prepared in 1:1 scale. Print files with artwork exceeding 5m must be prepared in 1:10 scale. ATTENTION! It is not possible to generate a PDF file longer than All print files must be prepared in CMYK colour space with an 8-bit colour depth. If the files contain colours other than CMYK those colours will be automatically converted to CMYK colour space. The orientation of print files must match the orientation on the order. It is imperative due to the finishing processes (eyelets, welds, sleeves positioning and mounting of other accessories). ATTENTION! The same colour can have a different tint if printed on a different material or with a different technology All the tiff files need to be flatted and be saved with LZW compression.

4 Resolutin, Bleeds, Safe Area When you create the graphic leave the 5 cm safe area from the most important elements logo, inscriptions. If the printout will be finished with tunnels you have to care about the safe area = 5 cm + the size of the flattted tunnel. Each file must contain a bleed area of 0,5cm outside the artwork area. If the bleeds are missing they when the file will be cut to shape. Within the artwork print file there needs to be a CutContour added. CutContour must be prepared as a stroke on an additional layer. Color must be added to swatch as a spot color named CutContour. Final design must be saved as a pdf file. Save area and the bleed. 4 5 cm SAFE AREA TRIM LINE 0,5 cm BLEED AREA

All the commercial informations as: logos, slogans, important grafic elements should be placed in the safa area what guarenteed that non of them will be on the place where is finishing- hem, eyelets, tunnel. When you do not adhere to the rule of preparing safe area we cannot guarantee you will receive the product which satisfied you. Cut line Cut line it is place where the printout will be cutted to the size, or will be placed hem or tunnel. Bleed Bleed it is 5 mm area around the graphic. Bleed is needed to level the failure which can appear during the finishing of the product.

Size of panels will be adjusted to the width of the material that the Printing House has in stock at the moment of placing the order.
