3 THE COMPANY HB BODY S.A. was established in 1982 with the aim to produce and distribute high quality products for the automotive refinishing industry. We are based in Thessaloniki Greece in self owned establishments. Ninety percent of our products are exported to sixty seven countries all over the world, whilst still holding the lead position within the Greek market place. HB BODY S.A. has three subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Spain and marketing - promotion centers in Serbia - Russia. Within Greece we also have a distribution centre in Athens covering southern Greece and the islands. PERSONNEL We currently employ 250 people within Greece a number which is increasing every year. For every 5 employees there is one with a university degree. Amongst these are Chemists, Mechanical Engineers, Economists and Computer experts. ESTABLISHMENTS INVESTMENTS We are situated in Thessaloniki and Athens Greece on m 2 of land. We have warehousing and production covering m 2. Product research, design and development, administrative offices, training center and the auditorium cover further m 2. The auditorium seats 120 people with the ability for language translations simultaneously. The company has invested more than 21 million over the last three year period. Further to this there is another million investment which includes a brand new plant of 1.700m 2 for the production of metal printing for the cans. The company is really very proud of its technologically advanced logistic warehouse of empty tins where pallets can be stored through a computerized system, the only one existing in Greece and among few in Europe. 5 A waterborne based resin stonechip coating with sound deadening properties. Excellent adhesion and flexibility. Suitable for the external and internal parts of the carbody. Ready for use, it is applied with a special spray gun (BODY UBS) at a pressure of 5 - bar. (A shortened nozzle results in a fine finish whereas a long one in a course finish) After drying it can be easily overpainted with all paint systems. Fast drying (2- hours). The spray gun can be easily cleaned with water. V.O.C. COMPLIANT Rubber material with sound deadening / sealing properties and optimum covering ability. Suitable for the external underneath and internal parts of the car body with excellent adhesion properties. Ready for use, it is applied with a special spray gun (BODY UBS) at a pressure of 5- bar. (A shortened nozzle results in a fine finish whereas a long one in a course finish). Fast drying textured coating, remains elastic. Can easily be overpainted with single coat/base coat after drying. Adhesion promoter PLASTOFIX (#0) it is recommended to be used before any topcoat application. V.O.C. COMPLIANT Rubber material with sound deadening / sealing properties and optimum covering ability. 6 Underbody coating made of Wax, Rubber, Synthetic Resin and Bitumen, specially formulated against salinity (moisture). It is applied only on the underbody parts. It produces a perfect pinhole free finish, dries fast and remains elastic in temperatures of -20 ο C (- ο F) and + 0 ο C (10 ο F). It has very good adhesion both on clean surfaces as well as on top of old coats. It is ready for use and it is applied by a special gun (BODY UBS) at a pressure of 5- bar (if a finer structure, is required then add nitro thinner (reducer) at 5-10%). Since it contains bitumen and wax, it is NOT overcoatable. V.O.C. COMPLIANT A special anticorrosive cavity Wax oil treatment with sound deadening properties. Can be applied to all closed parts (doors, bonnet, and running boards (chassis) and the external underbody of the vehicle. Penetrates easily and is resistant to high temperatures. Suitable for application after the paint procedure. It dries fast and it is applied by a special spray gun at a pressure of 5- bar. V.O.C. COMPLIANT L and 20L packaging is produced under special order Special coating made of Rubber, artificial Resin, Bitumen and Wax. Perfect protection from moisture and rust with permanent elasticity in temperatures from -20 ο C (- ο F) and + 0 ο C (10 ο F). Very good adhesion to clean surfaces as well as on top of earlier bituminous coatings. Can be diluted with thinner (reducer) at 20-0%. Applied with brush or spray gun at a pressure of 5- bar. Since it contains wax it is not overcoatable V.O.C. COMPLIANT A bituminous / rubber thixotropic coating that provides excellent anticorrosive and stone chip protection. Perfect adhesion with permanent elasticity. Applied on the underneath parts of the car body only. Can be diluted with thinner (reducer) at 10-20%. Applied by brush or spray gun at a 5- bar air pressure. Cannot be overpainted. V.O.C. COMPLIANT Black 1 L

7 1 A bitumen based thixotropic material with excellent rust and stonechip protection. Suitable for application onto running boards (Chassis), wheel arches and the vehicle underbody. Perfect adhesion, dries quickly and can be painted over with all paint systems. Applied with a brush or spray gun at a 5- bar air pressure. Can be diluted with 10-20% nitro thinner (reducer). V.O.C. COMPLIANT auto refinishing products Black adhesive, ideal for the bonding of rubber to metal, also suitable for bonding of window and door fittings, tight sealing of headlamps and windscreens. It is also suitable for making car mats adhere to the automobile floor Light Beige 120gr Light Beige Light Beige 20 Rubber based seamsealer, ideal for bonding metallic surfaces and for joint filling of the car body. It is also suitable for the inner automobile parts that are not directly exposed to 12 UV rays. Applied easily with a manual or pneumatic gun or brush. Dries fast, depending on the thickness, remains elastic and dimensionally stable. After it dries it can be overcoated by any type of paint. 12 A refined rubber based sealer specifically developed to bond metal surfaces and joint fillings. Suitable for sealing the internal parts of the car body that are not directly exposed to UV rays. Easily applied with manual or pneumatic gun or brush. Depending on the thickness, dries quickly, remains elastic without losing its shape. Can be overcoated with all paint systems.

8 Waterborne seamsealer for high quality bonding and sealing in the internal and external parts of the car body. Also suitable for wood and for marine uses. Dries quickly and remains permanently elastic. It is also suitable for exterior surfaces (Quarter panels, wing edges, door skins etc) that are directly exposed to UV rays. Retains its shape, and is overcoatable with all paint systems. 12 Windscreen sealant featuring exceptional resistance against weather extremes. Also provides efficient sealing between welds in a panel assembly and for sticking metal to cement surfaces. It never dries and cannot be painted over. It is easily applied by a manual or pneumatic gun. ATTENTION: FOR COSMETIC SEALING ONLY, NOT TO BE USED AS A BONDING SEALER An excellent material suitable for bonding, filling and sealing of concrete, metal, ceramics, glass and plastic. Excellent adhesive ability, permanently elastic and resistant to weather extremes. Care should always be taken to ensure that all surfaces are de-greased and dust free before application. 100ml tube

A fine particle filler, but with good filling properties. Dries quickly and sands easily with P80-P120 grit paper for a perfect pinhole free finish Light grey 1L Light grey L BODY ULTRA LIGHT MULTIFILLER Body 290 is a two component ultra light polyester filling product providing excellent adhesion and elasticity over all metallic, wood and polyester surfaces. A fine particle filler that spreads smoothly giving a pinhole free finish. It dries quickly providing excellent sanding properties for a perfect finish. Extremely easy to sand with P180-P00.

BODY UNILITE 209 2K UNIVERSAL LIGHT POLYESTER FILLER (PUTTY) Two component light polyester filler. The only filler you will ever need in the Body & Paint shop. Suitable for repairing jobs on all metal surfaces including aluminium, galvanized steel, stainless steel, chrome and bare steel. Also suitable on wood and polyester surfaces. 11 2 BODY UNI-FINE 225 2K UNIVERSAL POLYESTER FILLER STOPPER (PUTTY) Two component fine polyester filler/stopper, suitable for application over all metal surfaces (galvanized steel, aluminium, stainless steel, bare steel, chrome). Also suitable for plastic bumpers (excluding PE), polyester substrates and existing painted surfaces. Easily applied and extremely easy to sand with P150 P00 grit paper. Produces a perfect pinhole free surface without clogging the sanding paper. BUMPERSOFT 222 2K BUMPER POLYESTER FILLER (PUTTY) Two component polyester filler (putty) with excellent adhesion to plastic bumpers excluding PE (Polyethylene). Simply degrease using ANTISIL 770 (NORMAL) or ANTISIL 771 (FAST) and a non woven pad prior to application. Extremely easy to sand with P120-P20 grit paper for a perfect pinhole free finish without clogging the sand paper. Excellent mechanical resistance due to its high elasticity. BODYALU 255 2K ALUMINIUM POLYESTER FILLER (PUTTY) Two component polyester filler (putty) with aluminium added to provide increased thickness and resistance to vibration. Suitable for both metal and wood surfaces. Dries quickly ο C (7 ο F). Easy to sand with P80-P120 grit paper to obtain a perfect pinhole free finish BODYFINE 220 2K FINE POLYESTER STOPPER Extra fine stopper/filler for minor imperfections on metallic surfaces. Ensures a smooth surface and a perfect feather edge. Easy to sand with P150-P00 grit paper to obtain a perfect pinhole free finish. Also suitable for plastic bumper repairs.

Easy to apply, dries quickly and is easy to sand with P80-P120 grit paper. Resulting in a high resistant and elastic surface Light green Light green Light green 500 ml 1L 2L 12 BODYFILLER 20 POLYESTER SPRAY FILLER Two component polyester spray filler. Applied with a 2,50-,00 mm spray gun nozzle. Due to its high thixotropic consistency the hardener should be stirred in thoroughly. Easy to sand (dry), for a smooth pinhole free finish. Allow 2-h to 2 o C (7 o F). Can be diluted with polyester thinner (reducer) BODY POLY (# ). 1 Two component polyester spray filler. Applied with a 2,50,00 mm spray gun nozzle. Easy to sand (dry), for a smooth pinhole free finish. No thinner (reducer) is required. Allow 2-h to 2 ο C (7 ο F).

13 Green 2Kg BODY NITROSOFT 21 1K FINE NITRO FILLER One component nitrocellulose filler, ideal for finishing of small uneven surfaces. Suitable for application over polyester fillers, nitrocellulose - high build primers and can be painted over with all paint systems. Apply - light layers allowing 15 minutes between coats and can be sanded with dry or wet papers for a pinhole free finish Green One component fine filler, ideal for finishing of small uneven surfaces. Apply 2- light coats allowing 0 minutes for thorough drying and subsequently sand with fine sandpaper P00-P1000. It can be overcoated with all type of primers or paints Light green 1Kg BODY GLAZE P218 2K POLYESTER FINISHING PUTTY P218 is a glaze putty which is self levelling and due to its fine formula spreads smoothly with excellent adhesion over all metals. It fills pinholes and uneven surfaces and can be blend in with all HB BODY putties in order to improve their workability and sandability. P218 is easy for sanding with P180 and it is pinhole free.

14 Consists of five tinters (yellow, red, black, green and blue). To form a primer mix system used in combination with BODYFILL 0 (2:1) or BODYFILL 07 (:1) in white or transparent. Using computer generated formula forty-eight different shades can be achieved and even more. It is cured with an isocyanate based BODY 720 NORMAL (#720) / BODY 725(#725). No thinner (reducer) is required if used as a standard two component primer, 50% BODY 70 ACRYL THINNER (REDUCER) NORMAL (#70) can be added for wet on wet application. No thinner (reducer) is required. It accepts all paints systems. For wet on wet applications you must use BODY 720 HARDENER NORMAL and 50% BODY 70 ACRYL THINNER (REDUCER) NORMAL. Excellent transparent acrylic 2K primer, suitable for the following applications: As a transparent adhesion promoter over non sanded areas. As a filler over treated surfaces. As a first layer (ground coat) for paints with inferior covering abilities (transparent or pigmented). No sanding required within 12 hours of application, if left over 12 hours the fillsealer must be sanded prior to any paint application. Suitable for wet-on-wet: application over brand new panels where filler has not been applied. When using over old paint BODYFILL 91 can be used as a filling primer which must be sanded before painting. Adheres nicely to non sanded surfaces and can be painted over with all paint systems Grey Grey Grey Excellent 2K yellow primer suitable primarily to be applied over aluminium, galvanised, stainless steel and zinc coated surfaces. Mix with an oxide based hardener BODY 90 ACT (#71). Applied in one layer of 10μm (0,mil). Dries within 10min approx, does not require sanding and is overcoatable by any primer paint system, (except those that are polyester based, polyester materials can not be hardened). BODY 989 :1 EPOXY PRIMER - SURFACER - HARDENER 2K high performance Epoxy Primer with anticorrosive properties. Excellent sealing, adhesion and filling abilities. Resistant to extreme weather conditions. Suitable for application over old paints, non sanded bare metal, aluminium, stainless steel and zinc surfaces. It cures with BODY 989 EPOXY HARDENER (# :1. It can be diluted with BODY EPOXY THINNER (REDUCER) 20-0% and applied by a spray gun of 1,5-1,8mm nozzle diameter

31 8. VARIOUS auto refinishing products Special additive for flexing of 2K products i.e. 2K Primers, 2K Paints or 2K Clear coats. Flexing all the above is absolutely necessary for painting elastic parts of the car (bumpers, spoilers etc). BODY 80 FLEX AGENT is added 5% by volume to the 2K Primers and 10-15% by volume to 2K Paints and Clear coats, after the hardener is added according to the instructions of the 2K product. Additive suitable for the prevention and confrontation of silicon craters. 10ml of 80 FISH EYE KILLER (one cap approx.) is added to 500ml (one gravity spray gun vase) of mixed paint. The mix then must be applied in light coats over the craters until they disappear. After adding Anti silicone 80 to the paint mix ensure that it is mixed well White 1Kg 805 POLISHING COMPOUND COARSE (SUPER CUT) A high quality coarse machine polishing compound suitable for the removal sanding scratches from P1500 and anything finer. Also Suitable for the removal of car wash scratches and for the removal of orange peel giving a deep and lasting shine. Silicone free and suitable for all paint finishes including new and aged cured White 1L 80 POLISHING COMPOUND MEDIUM (POWER POLISH) A high quality medium fine machine polishing compound. HB BODY 80 (Power polish) is the final polish required in the process and compliments the 805 (Super cut). 80 (Power polish) removes and cleans any imperfections and fine sanding lines without leaving any compound swirl.
