The warp thread of fabric has two groups, one group of 111.1dtex/36 polyester and the other group of dtex/ polyester/ rayon (80/20). Weft of raw materials can be categorized to seven kinds of blended yarn. A total of 24 experimental small sample trials were tested. 6 wear ability analyses of breathable, anti-wrinkle, anti-pilling, drape, stiffness and warmth of fabric were done. And achieved some result. Introduction Dralon shaped acrylic fiber denier is come from Germany dry spinning technology. Dry acrylic fiber is a monomer copolymerized to polymer by acrylonitrile (AN), methyl acrylate(ma), in the role of catalyst sodium styrene sulfonate(sss), [1] then use dimethylformamide(dmf)as a solvent to prepare astock solution by dissolving the polymer into then ascent fiber. Dope from the diameter of mm (acrylic fiber plantof0.12~0.15mm) ejected orifice to form thin liquid trickle. In the high-temperature nitrogen gas through the spinning shaft, the hot nitrogen gas from most of the DMF is evaporated to monofilament, the liquid solidified into a "dog-bone-shaped" cross section of acrylic fiber. [1] Because of its cross-sectional shape of acrylic fiber with fluffy and warm, new environmentally friendly Dralon fabric will be soft and shiny, with good dyeing properties. At first, we test the new environmentally friendly acrylic fiber of its surface morphology and regain conduct testing. Then test and analysis its 6 blended wear ability: breathable, anti-wrinkle, anti-pilling, drape, bending stiffness and warmth for the subsequent development of new environmentally friendly acrylic garments to provide a theoretical basis. 1. The characteristics of new environmentally friendly acrylic fiber 1.1. Fluffy, coverage and warmth. The fiber section of Dralon s "dog bone-like", the fibers are difficult to tightly together, fibers hold between are filled with air, forming an insulating layer. [2] In addition, the more hairiness long, wool fabric feeling and better warmth. [3] It can produce high bulkiness of the fabric, while using fewer dry acrylic fiber with other fibers can achieve the same hiding power, reducing the amount of fiber and also the cost of production of the finished product Comfort. There is a big gap in fine acrylic fibers as Dralon filaments, so its water evacuation ability is superior. [4] The fabric would be faster moisture generated by the body to ease out, so it helps to keep the skin dry and comfortable. [5] 1.3. Soft and shiny. Acrylic Dralon fine sectional ratio of about 3:1 to 2:1 axially, along the axis of the fiber bending modulus of about one half of the normal circular cross-section. [4] The drape of the fabric is depended on flexural modulus, which affecting the feel of the fabric, the smaller the All rights reserved. 2 Applied Mechanics and Materials Vols flexural modulus is, the softer the fabric is. Therefore Dralon fine acrylic fiber has a characteristic of soft, flexible and good feeling. [1] This woven sweaters and hosiery fabric has superior value in use Dyeing properties. Dralon fine acrylic fiber forming process is slow, uniform, dense outside the fiber cross-sectional structure, so the fibers have good dyeing properties. [4] 2.Blended fabric performance testing 2.1 The design of sample fabric specifications Fine acrylic fiber Dralon has a dense structure, it s a "dog bone shaped" cross section, the fiber surface and internal pore little, smooth surface, the fiber fineness of 0.9dtex, 38mm length. (3) Meridian is 100% 111.1dtexPolyester, weft is 50% Acrylic50% Viscose, the fabric s breathable, anti-wrinkle, anti-pilling and stiff resistance are good, warm and in general, it is more suitable for development of spring and summer apparel fabrics; meridian is 100% Polyester, weft 50% Acrylic50% Modal, the fabric anti-crease, anti-pilling and warmth are better, breathability and keeps. (4) Organizational structure more closely, the fabric is thicker fabric anti-crease of more of more general, more suited to develop winter clothing fabrics. Good. The more loose organization, the fabric will be more soft, drape the better. With the same raw materials, the more closely organization is, the better the fabric s stiffness.
