Since 1966 we have been producing high-quality die casting moulds for parts made of aluminium, zinc and magnesium. 16 CNC milling & HSC milling With HSC milling the feed rate and the cutting speed will be increased about a factor of 5 compared to the conventional milling. Our spindle capacity amounts rpm. Thereby with chipping-acute manufacturing processes we can achieve an extensive reduction of the essential operation time with high surface-quality. 17 Turning & Cylindrical grinding At Büchler Reinli + Spitzli experienced produc- tion experts work on turning and round grinding machines. We offer turned products with very small to very large diameters always meeting the closest tolerances. Our permanent service also includes round grinding. Due to our good infrastructure, we can carry out die sinking jobs with copper or graphite electrodes within a very short time.
