4 Marketing Team Lijie Zhu was honored as one of the 50 Outstanding Asian Americans in Business. She is also the Managing Director of Dragon Gate Investment Partners, and Partner of BRICS Connect Inc. She was Vice Director of The Council at China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, CFO for a US listed company, an assistant director of China Center Television. She graduated with a MBA and a MS degree from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and a BA degree in Journalism and a Law Degree from Lanzhou University in China. Dr. Carl Dan Killian, Jr. is the President of Harvard Investors Group. He has broad experience in the investment field including portfolio management, pension fund evaluation, equity and fixed income research, domestic and international sales, with excellent record in developing new accounts and maintaining existing relationships. Michelle Mu worked as business advisor at Ernst & Young and NASDAQ OMX. Her past clients include major international banks, insurance companies, and brokerage firms such as Bank of America, AIG, HSBC, Fidelity Investment Group and Ameriprise Financial, Inc. Michelle attended college in China and the U.S., and holds dual degrees in economics (BA) and finance (BS) from University of Maryland - College Park, and a degree in finance (BS) from China Agricultural University.

5 IT Team Dr. Chris Shi has more than 10 years experience of leading and advising financial technology firms. Previously he was a Senior Software Engineer at NYSE on Wall Street and helped to develop one of the world's most popular/reputable trading platforms: Old Mutual China System. Jie Zhu is now working at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. He was a Sr. software developer at Morgan Stanley and worked on the Smith Barney financial advisor desktop application project. He has strong skill sets of C#, Asp. Net, WPF, WCF and years of experience working in top investment banks. Shuishi Yang is a Software Development Engineer II (SDE II) at Microsoft Bing Core Ranking (Relevance) team as a key contributor of the project QueryProbe (which gathers data from every segment of Bing Search Engine to analyze the ranking algorithm performance). 5

Joseph has advised company management and top investment banks in raising over $3 billion in IPOs and follow-on offerings of equity and debt, including many foreign companies in their U.S. public offerings. Dr. Daxi Li, Chairman of CASB Venture LLC and a director of the board of US Oriental Bank Dr. Daxi Li also serves as director of several public companies. Dr. Li was elected as a special overseas delegate of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), the Chinese Senate. He also worked as advisor for several cities and provinces such as Jilin, Jiangsu, Guangzhou, and Jieyang. 6
