1 Keynote Speaker Profile Rosemary Turner serves as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Metro Philadelphia District for UPS. She is responsible for a territory that encompasses all of Southeastern Pennsylvania as well as Southern New Jersey, and includes UPS s second largest air hub in the country. The Metro Philadelphia District serves an average of 160,000 customers daily, employs more than 9,000 people and has revenues in excess of $755 million. Ms. Turner has a diverse background in transportation, logistics, criminal investigations and in organizational transformation toward process improvement. She has been employed with UPS since she began her professional career thirty years ago. Ms. Turner earned her Bachelor s degree in Accounting at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and her Certification in Total Quality Management at Consumes River College in Sacramento. She has extensive experience in presenting before top corporate executives, major customers and community organizations. 2 Nancy White is Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Computer Forensics Analysis & Training Center, Inc., of Sharon Hill PA, a nonprofit organization that provides training and career development services to business and industry. Nancy has over twenty years of diversified work experience and demonstrated success in sales, government and community relations, grant writing, and program development, team building and project management. Nancy is a 2002 graduate of Immaculata University with a Bachelor s degree in Human Resource Management. Technology Speaker Profiles Jerilyn MacLaren-Hall is an Experience Design (XD) Strategist at MISI Company, who has been promoting Experience Design for 8 years. During that time, she has personally led over 200 XD projects including traditional usability research and design projects, as well as more strategic efforts focused on cross-channel marketing, service, and support experience design. Jerilyn has presented on a variety of diverse topics such as: Social Media, Enterprise 2.0, Mobile Web Design and Advertising, as well as 2.0 Service & Support, Accessibility, and the role of persona creation in experience design. Prior to joining MISI, Jerilyn worked for Accenture, where she led their Communications and High Tech User Experience Lab for North America. Audrey Zibelman is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Viridity Energy, Inc. Ms. Zibelman formed Viridity after more than 25 years of electric utility industry leadership experience in both the public and private sectors. Ms. Zibelman is a recognized national and international expert in energy policy, markets and Smart Grid innovation. Prior to forming Viridity, Ms. Zibelman was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of PJM, a Regional Transmission Organization that operates the world's largest wholesale power market and serves 14 states throughout the eastern United States. While there she was responsible for all aspects of PJM's transmission planning, market grid operations and corporate administration. Ms. Zibelman has also served on the Boards of numerous entities responsible for assuring the security and reliability of the nation's power system, including, Reliability First and the GridWise Alliance.

3 Suga N. Suganthan is currently working as an Associate Dean for the College of Engineering and Information Sciences at DeVry University in Philadelphia Metro. He is a licensed professional engineer and has earned Bachelor s and Master s degrees in Electrical Engineering from Texas A & M University. He has worked as an Electrical Engineer for many years in various industries. In academia, he has held positions as a Professor in Electronics Communications, Dean of Electronics Programs, Dean of Technology Programs, and Dean of Academic Affairs. He is a member of the National Honor Society for Electrical Engineers (HKN), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers (PSPE) in the Valley Forge Chapter. Jonathan Agresta is a Web Graphic Design Professor at DeVry University in the Philadelphia Metro area. Mr. Agresta joined DeVry in June of 2009 and teaches courses focusing on design fundamentals, graphic design, scripting and design for the web, and game design. Before coming to DeVry, he was an instructor at The Art Institute of Houston, The University of Massachusetts, and an Adjunct Professor at Elms College. Mr. Agresta holds a Bachelor s degree in Computer Animation and Web Design as well as a Master s of Education in Educational Technologies, both from The University of Massachusetts. Management Speaker Profiles Renee Stanton is a hybrid, with a unique blend of IT systems management and supply chain business operations experience. She has developed, managed, and optimized supply chain processes using SAP in a business owner / power user role. She has also held a variety of IT management positions formulating strategy and implementing change. Renee is responsible for the global SAP Change Management & Training streams at Campbell Soup Company, where she developed and implemented a comprehensive strategy to support and sustain business process optimization and benefits realization. Renee has an MBA in Organizational Behavior, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and is on schedule to complete her CPIM (supply chain) certification by June 2010.

4 Charlotte Sibley is Senior Vice President, Business Management for Shire Pharmaceuticals, with responsibility for cross-functional corporate initiatives. In prior roles at Shire, she headed leadership and organization development and Global Business Research and Intelligence. She joined Shire in January 2005 from Millennium: The Takeda Oncology Company, where she was Vice President, Global Commercial Research and Health Outcomes. She was named the Healthcare Businesswomen s Association (HBA) 2008 Woman of the Year, recognizing leadership, business expertise and mentoring. She is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University Graduate School of Business, serves on the Advisory Board for the St. Joseph s University Pharmaceutical Executive MBA program and is on the Pharmaceutical Executive Editorial Advisory Board. With over 25 years in the healthcare industry, Charlotte has worked for Johnson & Johnson, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and at Lipton in consumer market research. She also spent 3 years on Wall Street at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as a security analyst for the pharmaceutical industry. Deborah Moses is President of Veris Associates, Inc., an IT Consulting, Staffing, and Training Company, specializing in IT Service Management, the process of IT, and technical architectures. Women Executive Roundtable Speaker Profiles Louise O Donnell is the Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer of First Bank of Delaware. Under her leadership, First Bank of Delaware is driving innovation and delivery of advanced technologies to meet business, financial, competitive and customer demands to preserve the customer experience. 5 Maria K Koba is Director of Corporate Finance IT at Hay Group. She is responsible for all financial applications and supports the CFO, Corporate Finance Group and the financial managers of forty-six country/units. She has over twenty seven years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility in IT and finance, in both line and staff positions. Her previous employment history includes positions at Dean Witter Reynolds (NYC), Booz-Allen Hamilton, Penn Treaty Life & Health, and Peterson Consulting. She retired with the rank of Captain from the U.S. Army Reserve where she served for twenty years as a transportation/quartermaster (logistics) officer. Betsy Scarcelli is the Vice President of Strategic Planning and Execution for the AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Companies. In this position, she provides leadership and oversight for the implementation of the AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Companies' Strategic Plan. Ms. Scarcelli has extensive Information Technology (IT) knowledge and experience, strong leadership and management skills. Prior to this position, Ms. Scarcelli was Chief Information Officer for the AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Companies. Before joining the AmeriHealth Mercy, Ms. Scarcelli was the Vice President and Chief Information Officer for The Hartford in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, where she was responsible for the IT organization for a three million-member customer service base. Eloise Young was appointed Chief Information Officer of the Philadelphia Gas Works in August She brings more than 20 years of experience to the position. As CIO, Eloise oversees a $10 million operating budget and is responsible for delivering IT capabilities to PGW s 1,800 employees. Prior to her appointment, she served in a number of positions in PGW s Information Services Department including Director of Technical Strategy and Support, Manager of Systems Services, System Administrator in both the Unix and CICS environments, DBA, and applications developer. Yvonne Cook is President of Chadwell Solutions, as a business technology leader, her ability and her communication skills bridge the divide between business and technology and are key to her success in building partnerships. She has an outstanding record of supporting business growth by building appropriate technology platforms that increase efficiencies and reduce operating costs. Prior to Chadwell Solutions, Ms. Cook worked at Towers Perrin as the Director of Corporate Technology. Prior to joining Towers Perrin, Yvonne was the CIO and SVP at American Financial Services. Most of her career was spent at Cigna international, before leaving Cigna Yvonne was responsible globally for all technology related to the Life, Accident and Health business line.
