Originally I am from the state of Louisiana (USA), and attended the George Washington University s Elliott School, graduating with a BA with Honors in International Affairs. Later, I progressed my studies with an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School. Professionally, I am qualified by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) with an Award in Financial Planning, making me fully qualified to give professional advice to expatriates overseas. Along with being an active member of the CII, I strictly adhere to the CII code of conduct and the best industry practices when working with individuals. My studies and career have taken me to over one hundred countries, and my international experience has allowed me to add Spanish, Portuguese and Mandarin (along with my native English) to my list of fluent languages. I enjoy using my international background and linguistic skills to work with a vast network of people from all over the globe. But due to the peculiar situation for US expats, one of my concentrations is IRScompliant investments and pensions for American nationals. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, scuba diving and especially writing. 5 Client Charter Our Client Charter sets out the basis of the relationship between you, Infinity and our consultants. 1. Infinity is completely independent and not tied to any financial institution. 2. The advice given by Infinity consultants is always based on a comprehensive fact find to determine a client s current financial circumstances, future plans, needs, objectives and attitude to risk. This document is reviewed regularly. 3. Infinity complies with all current international legislation on money laundering and carries out due diligence on clients and the source of funds. We will fully explain this process to you. 4. Infinity never handles your money. All financial dealings are conducted between you and the financial institution concerned. 5. Prior to completion of the relevant application forms, Infinity will always fully explain the products it recommends and will provide you with all relevant documentation concerning those products including the product brochure, technical guide and Product Key Facts Statement from the relevant financial institution. 6. Any fees and possible cancellation penalties that you may incur will be fully explained by Infinity prior to application. 7. Infinity will, where relevant, make clear that unit values can go down as well as up and that past performance is not necessarily a guide to future performance. 8. If an investment fund within an insurance policy generates additional initial commission, we undertake to rebate this commission to you in full by way of increased allocation. If exit penalties apply, these will be highlighted to you in writing. 9. As part of our commitment to building long term business relationships, Infinity s service includes regular face to face meetings with all of our clients. 10. All Infinity clients will be provided with direct contact details of a senior member of the Board of Directors.
