The India Symposium as an annually recurring Top-Management and Leadership conference, launched in 2005 and organised by a handful India affiliated youth on an honorary basis, aims at fostering the economic and social relations between India and Europe actively and sustainably, through the exchange of experiences, expertise and networks. The one-day conference mainly comprises speeches, podium presentations and various industry-group specific panel sessions. Panel sessions are moderated with discussions related to the participating panel companies and their respective operative environments in India and Europe. The day is designed to help understand the various contemporary challenges at macro, micro and corporate levels in India as well as in Europe.

3 Profile The multilateral event is being communicated directly and indirectly through a network of supporting organizations across national borders to approximately odd recipients located in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Lichtenstein, UK, India etc. Further in the course of the year several thousand viewers do access the event website. The profile of our attendees is as follows: approx. 300 participants expected with 80-90% being entrepreneurs and senior corporate executives (e.g. Export Managers, International Sales Directors, Heads of Business Units, Regional Managers, Country Managers, CEOs & MDs) and 10-20% young professionals, member of the academic community (e.g. Researchers and Students) as well as dignitaries.
