2 Eghosa Oriaikhi Director, Manufacturing C&P - Eastern Hemisphere Baker Hughes Eghosa Oriaikhi has worked 12+years in the Oil/Gas Industry with previous experience at Schlumberger Ltd. She is currently working on her first Start Up Company and is also an ExecuOve for Baker Hughes Incorporated - Energy Services Company. Eghosa is responsible for leading and managing the Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing organizaoon for CompleOons Technology. Her leadership covers Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific, with a matrix organizaoon of 800+ employees. Eghosa s previous experience includes New Product Design, Engineering Management, Project Management, OperaOons Management, Contract Management and Strategic Finance Leadership. Eghosa started her career with a background in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelors & Masters) from University College London, UK. She completed her Project Management Professional CerOficaOon (PMP), in Houston, Texas, USA. Eghosa holds an ExecuOve MBA from IESE Business School where she graduated as Class President.

3 Philip Whi]aker Associate Director The Boston ConsulOng Group Mr. Whi]aker has over 14 years of experience in strategic consulong for the Oil & Energy pracoce. He has worked with upstream oil and gas operators, oilfield service companies, industrial groups, governments and investors. Prior to BCG, where he has held the posioon of Associate Director since 2007, Mr. Whi]aker worked as Senior Manager at Accenture and Principal at Arthur D. Li]le. He also worked for more than 7 years on the field as a drilling supervisor for Shell, running onshore, jungle heli- rig and desert drilling operaoons in the Netherlands, Peru and Oman.

4 Ana Cortés Rodrigo Director of Trading in Wholesale Markets Gas Natural Fenosa Ms. Cortés holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and cononued with masters courses on Financial Instruments, QuanOtaOve Finances and Financial Risks applied to Energy CommodiOes with the IEB. She has been working in Gas Natural Fenosa since 2000, developing several duoes in the areas of Energy Purchases OpOmizaOon and Global Power Porcolio OpOmizaOon and Global CommodiOes Risk Management. She was appointed Director of Trading in Wholesale Markets in 2009 and is currently in charge of the areas of Analysis, OriginaOon, OperaOon and Development of Gas, Power, Emissions and Coal Trading Markets. In her previous job she worked in Red Eléctrica de España, in the Departments of NaOonal Spanish Power System Network Planning, Network Analysis and OperaOon Scheduling.

5 Gijsbert Huijink Manager Som Energia Apart from being founder and Manager of Som Energia since 2010, Mr. Huijink leads several start ups related with green energies, in different stages of the energy producoon and distribuoon value chain (REScoop, 2XFV, Casa Covaci Serv SRL and Quadra Invest S.A.). Som energia is the first renewable energy cooperaove of Spain that produces, distributes and sells electricity from renewable sources. Mr. Huijink also collaborated with several UniversiOes both as professor and researcher (e.g. Universidad Europea de Madrid and Universitat de Girona)

6 Mariano Marzo Carpio Department chair of StraOgraphy, professor of Energy Resources & Petroleum Geology Universitat de Barcelona A member of different professional insotuoons (e.g. Reial Acadèmia de Ciències i Arts de Barcelona, Board of director of Spanish academic club of energy), Prof. Marzo collaborates with governmental (e.g. Catalan department of finance and Economy) and private insotuoons (American Chamber of Commerce in Spain, BP chair on sustainable development in Universidad PonOficia de Comillas, among others). Prof. Marzo keeps a narrow relaoon with the main players in the Oil&Gas field (Cepsa, ConocoPhillips, Enagas, ExxonMobil, Hess, Norsk Hydro, Repsol, Shell, Statoil and Total) through his applied research in exploraoon and sedimentological reservoir characterizaoon. In addioon, he has published over 75 scienofic arocles, coedited 15 books and been a guest speaker in over 100 conferences.

7 David Mesonero Corporate Development Managing Director Gamesa CorporaOon Mr. Mesonero took up his current role as Managing Director of Corporate Development of Gamesa CorporaOon in He has also been appointed as Chairman of Gamesa Venture Capital, Chairman of N2S New Network SoluOons and member of the Board of Directors of 9Ren. Previously, he was Deputy of Business Development Director at Iberdrola Renewable Energy Services and Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman. Mr. Mesonero holds a Bachelor degree in Business AdministraOon from Universidad PonOficia Comillas and a Senior Management Program (PADE) from IESE Business School.
