Spread across 2300 hectares, Dubai Investments Park is a premier residential and business destination and a city-within-a-city with world-class infrastructure and outstanding facilities and services. 18

11 DUBAI INVESTMENTS REAL ESTATE COMPANY Established in 2006, Dubai Investments Real Estate Company [DIRC] is a leading real estate and property developer with proven track record of delivering high quality, residential, commercial and industrial assets. Dubai Investments Real Estate Company also owns land banks at strategic locations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. AL TAIF INVESTMENT Al Taif Investment, incorporated in 2007, is a joint venture of Dubai Investments and Fujairah Investment Establishment (FIE), the investment arm of Government of Fujairah. The company invests in real estate and industrial ventures locally and internationally, plans to buy existing ventures and develop a portfolio of Greenfield and finance-oriented projects. 20

12 MANUFACTURING & SERVICES PROPERTIES INVESTMENT LLC Properties Investment LLC, established in 2002, is a joint venture of Dubai Investments and Union Properties. Dubai Investments owns 70% stake in the Company. Properties Investment s principal activity is focused on investment and development of real estate properties including residential and recreational projects, such as Green Community and Courtyard by Marriott in Dubai Investments Park. Dubai Investments was among the pioneers in the manufacturing businesses at a time when it was still in its infancy stage in the UAE with a strong focus on creating diverse sources of income for the country s economy. Dubai Investments created a number of Greenfield projects and entered into partnership locally and internationally, and brought in the latest technology and innovative products across industries. PALISADES DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LLC Palisades Development Company LLC was incorporated in 2015 to market, manage, lease, buy and sell land in The Palisades a residential project within Dubai Investments Park. Spread across an area of approximately 20 million square feet, the infrastructure of The Palisades project is being developed in phases.

13 GLASS LLC CONSTITUTES THE FOLLOWING SUBSIDIARIES: EMIRATES FLOAT GLASS LLC Emirates Float Glass LLC is the first state-of-the-art integrated float glass facility in the UAE. Based in Industrial City of Abu Dhabi, Emirates Float Glass production capacity is 600 tonnes of clear molten glass per day and supplies top-quality float glass for architectural and automotive industry applications. EMIRATES GLASS LLC Emirates Glass LLC is one of the largest processors of flat architectural glass in the region, producing high performance, energy-saving, reflective coated glass and a wide range of sputter-coated, solar-control and thermal insulation glass products. SAUDI AMERICAN GLASS Saudi American Glass Company, established in 1978 and acquired by Dubai Investments in 2006, is the best equipped supplier for processed flat glass across the Middle East. The Riyadh-based company supplies tempered strengthened and laminated varieties of glass under the K-Lite brand. GLASS LLC Glass LLC, the first glass holding company in the Middle East, was launched by Dubai Investments in 2006 to meet the growing needs of the regional glass industry. Glass LLC provides premium quality glass solutions across a wide array of industries, from automotive to construction. LUMIGLASS INDUSTRIES LLC Lumiglass Industries LLC is the leading processor of safety and security laminated glass in the region, with wide automotive and architectural applications throughout the defence, security and construction sectors. Lumiglass is also the leader in production of bullet resistant glass. EMIRATES INSOLAIRE Emirates Insolaire is a pioneer in the development of new solar technologies and a joint venture of Dubai Investments PJSC and SwissINSO Holding Inc. Based in Dubai, Emirates Insolaire produces the first-of-its-kind coloured solar glass in the world. 24

The company designs, fabricates and supplies steel structures, aluminium sheeting, insulated panels and other project components. The company s production capacity exceeds 75,000 tonnes per annum. TECHSOURCE LLC Techsource LLC offers a wide array of application development services, as also business intelligence and analytics, business process solutions, enterprise solutions, infrastructure services, security solutions, network and data storage tools and mobility solutions. EDIBLE OIL COMPANY Edible Oil Company is one of the largest multispeed crushing plants in the Middle East. Based in Jebel Ali Free Zone, the plant has a capacity to crush Soya bean, Canola and Sunflower seeds. DUBAI CRANES & TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC Dubai Cranes & Technical Services LLC is one of the top manufacturers of overhead material handling equipment, specializing in advanced lifting solutions and maintenance. The company manufactures wire rope hoists and industrial cranes catering to all sectors. DUBAI INVESTMENTS INDUSTRIES Dubai Investments Industries (DII) targets both new and established industries and has a strong commitment to boost industrial development in local and regional markets. DII also looks after existing companies and Greenfield industrial projects. Emirates Aluminium Rolling LLC EMIRATES EXTRUDED POLYSTYRENE LLC Emirates Extruded Polystyrene LLC is one of the major producers of extruded polystyrene insulation board materials in the UAE. EEP, a joint venture of Dubai Investments & Farha Brothers of Cloisall Company, manufactures polystyrene sheets under the brand names E-Foam, E-Roof, E-Wall and E-Floor. EMIRATES ALUMINIUM ROLLING LLC A joint venture between DUBAL Holding and MARS, a Singapore-based group, Emirates Aluminium Rolling LLC will operate an aluminum rolling mill in Khalifa Industrial Zone of Abu Dhabi (KIZAD), with a capacity to manufacture 65,000 tonnes of aluminum coils per annum. 26

EMIRATES EXTRUSION FACTORY LLC Emirates Extrusion Factory LLC is one of the most dynamic aluminum extrusion companies in the Middle East, providing a complete range of powder coating, anodizing and thermal break under one roof. GULF DYNAMIC SWITCHGEAR CO. LTD Gulf Dynamic Switchgear Co. Ltd manufactures low voltage switchgear and electrical equipment and services with an extensive client base across the region and beyond and has a partnership with Mitsubishi, Electric for low voltage switchgears. LITE-TECH INDUSTRIES LLC A joint venture between Masharie and world renowned Philips Lighting BV, Lite Tech Industries LLC is a pioneer manufacturing and marketing company providing lighting fixtures for markets in the Middle East and Africa. GULF METAL CRAFT Gulf Metal Craft is a leading manufacturer of steel enclosures and metal products for electrical distribution boards market in the UAE. The company s product range includes cable management systems, cable support systems and metal enclosures products among others. MASHARIE LLC Masharie LLC was founded in 1998 as a venture capital company which identifies and invests in the equity of existing or new businesses. Masharie s value-added partnership gives the company the opportunity to improve its competitive positioning and growth plans. GULF DYNAMIC SERVICES LLC Gulf Dynamic Services is a well-known interior decoration company specializing in turnkey solutions in the area of interior design, fit-out works and decoration maintenance services for offices, shops, banks and residential units. DRIVEDUBAI DriveDubai is a specialized driving centre which offers training for new and existing drivers in light and heavy vehicles, as also for forklifts. DriveDubai also offers a range of tailor-made courses for aspiring drivers. Delta Company Limited LABTEC LLC LABTEC LLC is engaged in the manufacturing and commissioning of turnkey solutions in the laboratory furniture systems for hospitals, universities, schools and government buildings, with projects undertaken in Middle East, Africa and Asia. Delta Company Limited Delta Company Limited is a Saudi Arabia-based leading contractors in the fields of electrical power, transmission & distribution; with a big portfolio of Saudi government projects. 28

16 EDUCATION & HEALTH CARE As part of its strategy to diversify its portfolio and tap into sectors which offers growing market opportunities, Dubai Investments marked its foray into the education and healthcare sectors with strategic investments. EMIRATES DISTRICT COOLING COMPANY LLC Emirates District Cooling LLC [Emicool], incorporated in 2003 as a joint venture between Dubai Investments and Union Properties, is a leading district cooling service provider in the UAE. Headquartered in Dubai Investments Park, Emicool currently provides district cooling services at strategic locations and communities across Dubai, including Green Community, Dubai Motor City and Dubai Sports City, among others, with a total operational capacity of 330,000 tonnes of refrigeration [TR].

17 MODUL UNIVERSITY DUBAI MODUL University Dubai, Austria s leading international private university s first campus in the UAE, offers undergraduate, graduate and MBA degree programs in hospitality and tourism management. Dubai Investments Industries holds a 90% stake in MODUL University Dubai. KING S COLLEGE HOSPITAL HEALTHCARE LLC King s College Hospital Healthcare LLC was established in 2015 to manage the King s College Hospital and clinics in Dubai and operated by King s College Hospital, London the world-renowned British teaching hospital. Dubai Investments Industries holds 26.75% stake in the company, in partnership with Ashmore Group and Al Tayer Group. 32

18 FINANCIAL INVESTMENTS Dubai Investments entered the financial services sector in 2015, with investments in a leading financial institution in order to diversify its asset base and capitalize its operational expertise. GLOBALPHARMA - A SANOFI COMPANY Globalpharma A Sanofi Company, was established in 1998 as a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical products manufacturing facility in Dubai Investments Park. Following acquisition of a significant stake by Sanofi in 2014, it became Globalpharma A Sanofi Company and a platform to manufacture and promote the generics portfolio of Sanofi in the Middle East markets.

The company was established in 2013 with an objective to build an international portfolio of diverse business assets across a wide spectrum of industries. Guided by a global vision, DI International targets investments in existing and new businesses in international markets, with a particular focus on Gulf, Middle East and Africa. 38
