2 1 Background What is going on? We are pleased to inform you that the AAESAC will be hosting its annual Fall Aerospace Career Expo on Tuesday, October 16th, This is a business casual career fair hosted inside of the Stewart Center Rooms from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. which encourages STEM career fields. What is AAESAC (Aeronautical & Astronautical Student Advisory Council)? As an organization within the school of aeronautics and astronautics, AAESAC continually works to bring the students, faculty, and industrial professionals together. We focus on providing resources for students within the aerospace department and the college of engineering to ensure continued success both as a student and citizen. One of the many ways we help students within the aerospace community is by hosting the annual Fall Aerospace Career Expo. Why attend the Career Expo? This event helps the students gain valuable information about company recruitment, missions, and current programs from company representatives. The companies in return receive the benefit of meeting and assessing some of the brightest and highly motivated students in the world. The Fall Aerospace Career Expo is open to all students (undergraduate & graduate) within the fields of engineering and technology. This includes all the engineering majors at Purdue, along with those involved in the aviation technology program. Students within the college of science are also strongly encouraged to attend.
