1 Bernadine Craft It is a privilege to place my name in nomination for election to the Board. I am completing my first term of service on the Board, and would consider it an honor to continue serving for a second term. I have been a member of the Development Committee, where we have been working to develop unique opportunities for stewardship at both the congregational and the diocesan level. We are in the process of kicking off a new concept, a planned giving campaign which Director Press Stephens has entitled Treasure to Heart. After several months of planning, the campaign will debut in November at my parish, Holy Communion in Rock Springs. I would welcome the opportunity to not only help bring this new campaign to fruition, but also to continue working towards expanding the excellent work begun by the in providing creative and mutually beneficial ways for each of our Wyoming parishes to engage with the. I am a cradle member of Holy Communion, where I began service as the organist at age 12. I have served on the vestry as both Jr. and Sr. Warden, chairman of the Worship Committee and instructor for Adult Education and Confirmation Classes. On August 20 I took a big step towards realization of my lifelong dream when I was ordained to the Transitional Diaconate. I have been attending classes at Iliff School of Theology in Denver, and am excited to begin the Iona program this fall. My day jobs include representing Senate District #12 in the Wyoming Senate, where I serve in Leadership as Minority Whip and as a member of a variety of standing and select committees, including Labor, Health and Social Services, Select Water and Tribal Relations. I am the Director of Sweetwater BOCES and am an adjunct psychology instructor at Western Wyoming Community College. I also continue to maintain a small private psychotherapy practice. My priority has always been, and will always be, service to the church, both to my local parish and to the Diocese of Wyoming. I have truly enjoyed my work on the Board, and would be both honored and humbled to continue service in that capacity.

4 Carol Peterson I would like to put my name forward for the vacant position on the board for the following reasons. I have extensive experience applying for competitive grants while employed at a Wyoming non-profit health agency and also while with the State of Wyoming; over $8,800,000 in successful grant awards over the past fifteen years with individual grants ranging from $500 to $900,000. With some of these grants, I was also able to provide sub-grants to partner organizations. Therefore, I have a good understanding of all aspects grant writing and application processes. Additionally, I have many years of experience with all aspects of program management including: conducting needs assessments, creating goals and objectives, developing work plans and timelines, conducting program evaluations, identifying best practices and lessons learned, writing interim and final progress reports, and budget development/budget management. I believe that I can use my skills and experiences to help both the and potential grant applicants. I also have some ideas that I d like to propose to the such as: (a) developing an abbreviated application and guidelines for a mini-grant process (perhaps $500 to $2,000); (b) conducting grant writing and program implementation tips workshops through the VTC and; (c) ways to more widely share best practices and success stories across the diocese. I currently serve as a Deacon and Parish Nurse at St. Mark s, Cheyenne. If selected I promise that I would always be open to ideas and suggestions regarding how the could most effectively use their resources to best meet the needs of our churches, our parish members and the communities we live in. I d appreciate the opportunity to serve you in this capacity.

5 Doug Weaver Congregation & Town: All Saints Episcopal Church, Wheatland, WY Position Sought: Board Skills and Traits: I have been an active member of All Saints for approximately 25 years. I have served All Saints in a number of capacities. I am currently a member of the Board, having been elected by this Convention in Since being elected I have been the chairman of the Investment Committee. I have an undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming in accounting. I am a Certified Public Accountant, having passed the CPA exam in I graduated from the University of Wyoming Law School in 1980 and have been in the private practice of law since I have served and I currently serve on a number of boards all of which have dealt with financial matters. One board I am currently on has assets in excess of $120 million. My background and training both in law and accounting would add to the Board, but more importantly to the Diocese of Wyoming which I feel the serves. Douglas W. 6 CONGREGATION: St. Alban's, Worland, WY JOE WILDMAN EXPERIENCES: COMMUNITY: I have been a member of St. Alban s for sixteen years. I m currently serving on St Alban s Vestry. I have been a Delegate to the Diocese of Wyoming Convention many times. I have completed the EFM Course. I served on the Search Committee for the New Bishop of Wyoming. Currently I m completing the unexpired term of, The Rev. Ron Lytle, on the Diocesan Council and the Board. And I was asked to serve on Thomas the Apostle Board. I served on the Growers Board at Holly Sugar Worland Plant and was part of the Acquisition Team to purchase the Plant from Holly Sugar and help create Wyoming Sugar. Currently I serve as Chairman of the Big Horn Fire District #3, Past Chairman of Big Horn County Weed & Pest Board. Also serve on the Big Horn Canal Board and I serve as a Consultant to the Westside Irrigation Project. PERSONAL: I live on the farm in Manderson with my wife Shirley. We own and operate two business in Manderson, and Dean s Irrigation in Edgar, Mt. I have a son (Howard) who does the farming, and two daughters, Cindy who lives in Cody, and Becky who lives in Worland. I have five Grandchildren. Two Stepson s one living in Gillette and one in Gold Canyon, AZ with their families. I was born in Ohio and raised on the family farm. I graduated from high school and attended Ohio State University, majoring in Engineering. I moved to Wyoming in 1969 and settled in the Manderson area. WHY I WOULD LIKE TO SERVE ON THE FOUNDATION BOARD: I feel it would be an honor to continue to serve on the Board in order to continue helping the many Parishes in the Diocese of Wyoming. As well as maintaining a secure financial future for both the Episcopal of Wyoming and the Diocese of Wyoming.
