We pride ourselves in working closely with each client, architect, designer and vendor to successfully complete a project on schedule and within the approved budget. Through our direct manufacturer relationships, we are able to negotiate a favorable pricing strategy by conducting a stringent RFP (request for proposal) process. This enables us to negotiate aggressively on behalf of our owners ensuring the greatest overall value, while also providing high quality of product consistency that exceeds the designer s expectations. 6 OUR SUCCESS STORIES In a recent project on a 5-star hotel in New York City, Provision PMG was able to help bring millwork costs down by calling on one of our reputable vendors, saving the developer $10 million USD over what was quoted by the general contractor Going above and beyond the FFE/OSE scope of a 5-star New York City hotel project, Provision PMG was able to save the client $1.2 million USD in architectural lighting and an additional $500K USD on low-voltage wiring through good relationships with alternate sources, all while staying true to the designer s vision. In a recent New York City 5-star hotel project, Provision PMG was approached with a specified FFE/OSE design of $44 million USD compared to client s budget of $24 million USD. To achieve this goal, Provision PMG collaborated closely with the project s interior designer while also utilizing our vast resources and network of suppliers to maintain the integrity of the design. This successful team effort resulted in the actual project costs to be in line with the client s budgeted scope. Provision PMG was called on in a recent project to take over for another purchasing company that was terminated due to lack of efficiency, staying on schedule, and keeping within the budget. In less than a year Provision PMG purchased over $28 million USD resulting in yet another successful job In a recent project Provision PMG was brought on board following another purchasing company that had been terminated due to lack of time management and resources to stay on budget. In less that one year Provision PMG purchased $27 million USD in FFE getting the job back on schedule and budget. While working on a 220 room boutique hotel lacking $4 million USD to purchase FFE/OSE, Provision PMG was able to negotiate an acceptable lease between bank and owner allowing for a complete and successful project. On a 4 ½-star NYC Boutique hotel, Provision PMG reduced the FFE budget by $4 million USD by specifying veneer wall covering in lieu of actual wood custom case goods. By replacing a custom headboard/wall unit with a combination of dry wall and veneer wall covering, we achieved the same design through value-engineering with a significant savings.
