4 Vision Origin Incorporated in the year 2000 under the 1996 Island of Guernsey laws, OSTAR became established as an investment company whose activities are focused on emerging markets and technologies. At present OSTAR continues its growth through various investments throughout Canada and the Middle East, along with its ongoing international stock market investments. Water Treatment OSTAR went on to acquire shares in a specialized water treatment company, now called WETICO (wetico.com) in Under OSTAR s management, WETICO increased in revenue more than 10 times. At present WETICO is the largest water and wastewater treatment company in the Middle East with several offices and precense the MENA region. Estate & Construction In 2012, OSTAR continued and expanded into both real estate & construction. Acquiring SAPCO (sapco.me), a civil contracting company helped in aiding with its new real estate portfolio. Purchase of commercial land in Saudi Arabia with office construction, followed by acquiring more plots of residential land in Lebanon for apartments were the first stage for this new business line. Consulting 2009 brought OSTAR to Riyadh, establishing an entirely UK owned managing office in Rabwa. Aside from managing investments more up close, another benefit of having an established base in Riyadh allows OSTAR to bring its reputable consulting team to oversee important projects for clients across several industries.
