3 ABOUT US: In pursuit of operating business in Bangladesh and overseas Primordial LTD started as a limited company in early 1990 s and within this bout primordial became a machine bureaucracy in Bangladesh. Primordial limited extensively emphasizes on industries like textile, garments, power, real-estate and Construction industry and within 10 years of time the total turnover of the company was 17 million dollar. Primordial Limited is specialist in critical garments designing. The company exports its products to United States of America, Canada and Europe. Rainbow group, Hollywood garments and SD-more are its sister concerns. to various buyers across USA, UK, Germany and Netherlands Primordial buying house not only serves as agents but also renowned for inspecting agents. Located in capital city Primordial Ltd- Factory was founded in 2008 it are specialized manufacturer and exporter of Woven Readymade Garments. 810 machines are installed and about 2000 workers are employed in the factory. The company focuses on Generators, Power Plants, OEM manufacturing of power equipments, Solar and Renewable energy and EPC Contracts. The company proudly represents and sells Deutz ADGs, Engines, Irrigational Pumps, RID Generators, Power Plant and Solutions and the world renowned SEPAR Filters manufactured by Willibrord Lösing. PEL s professional technical team is able to provide affordable solutions and support for any power / electrical scenario. 6 *PRIMORDIAL PROPERTIES LTD: Makshad constructions was founded in year 1981, the company was established by Late Mr. Fazlul Karim Thakur. The Mazshat constructions focused on MES construction and further public sector development. After the death of Mr. Fazlul Karim Thakur the company was taken over by his 3 rd son Mr. Zahad Thakur and changed the name of the company to the Primordial Properties Ltd. Therefore although Primordial Properties LTD was founded in year 2011 as a sister concern of Primordial Group the companies experience is twenty years plus within the market. And Within this period Primordial Properties as made and focuses on making apartment building in heart of Dhaka city. PRIMORDIAL PROPERTIES LTD S TARGET: With a vision of developing urban areas by means of topnotch design and materials Primordial Properties by 2018 aims to carry out operations internationally, starting with the Project Europe. Primordial properties is highly influenced by the Bauhaus architecture of Germany therefore the design of our project are usually cubic, favor right angles, (although some feature rounded corners and balconies); and encloses with smooth facades as well as an open floor plan. The founder of Primordial Group, Zahad Thakur provides charity within people and organization for enriching the community. For educating road safety to kid s we provide charity to Polizeigewerkschaft Germany. As well as financing cultural events like c/o panz-music fair for kids in Cologne, Germany. Performed as Head of Finance/ Department Head/ GM for more than 23 years in different leading companies like BEXIMCO, PRAN-RFL, ETV etc Studied Strategic Management from USA, and has 30 Years of Work Experience in Energy Industry. His is an expert in his field and renowned within the generator industry. Masters of science in Management from Brunel University, London And Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies From University of Wales Institute Cardiff, Wales. He has 6 years of work Experience in various sectors and currently works with Primordial Energy Ltd to get EPC deals. Msc in EEE from Atish Dipankar University of Science and Tecnology-17 years of works experience mostly in Electrical and Electronic sector Masters in Business Administration and has 13 years work experience in energy Sector Bsc in EEE from Asian University -8 years of works experience mostly in Electrical and Electronic sector Page 8
